너무 친절하시고 영어도 잘하셔서 소통 문제 전혀 없었습니다. 주변이 다 시내고 밤에도 크게 무섭지 않은 동네에요. 그 가격대에 구할 수 있는 최고수준이라고 생각합니다. 고급호텔느낌이 아닌 우리나라 괜찮은 모텔 정도라고 생각하시면 좋습니다. 가성비는 최고

服務周到，吹風機需要自行向前檯借用，泡麵需要熱水可以自行向廚房要求不用自己煮熱水，包車的部分也會主動幫忙規畫比較順暢的路線和向司機轉達需求。

ホテルの設備や見た目は普通です。しかし、サービスが非常に良いです。部屋はいつも綺麗になっていたし、フロントの方の対応がものすごく良かった。観光へ行くためのタクシーや、空港へ行く為のタクシーも手配してくれました。周りにコンビニなどはありませんが、セブ市内の観光をするには立地は大変良いです。見た目は普通ですが、とてもオススメのホテルです。

Great staff. Although they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. I am aware that the check in is after 2 but my flight had arrived at 00:35. I had to wait in the lobby as all the rooms were full. They had the staff come in and clean a room right away at 7am, which was the best they could do.

The staff was professional courteous and polite. The rooms contained at large safe and refrigerator. the bathroom very clean with no mold. With amenities of a spa and gym. No swimming pool. I give Cebu R Hotel 4 stars

We had a good stay at this hotel. Though it was only for 2 nights but it was worth it. I love their room, most especially the hot water shower(Thumbs up?) Their crew are very polite and accomodating, their breakfast is good. They have a gym and massage area, you can also book for in room service. Overall we had a very great stay...

チェックインはスムーズでした。カードキー1枚に対して500ペソのデポジットでした。シャワーは水圧も強くて温かい湯が出ていました。部屋には２本のサービスの水と2枚のバスタオルがありました。ただ今回予約したのは3名だったので受付に言って1セットもらえました。あとランドリーサービスを利用しまして1キロに対して160ペソで対応してくれました。翌日フロントでお金を払って受け取りましたが、チェックアウトの時に再度請求されました。昨日払ったことを伝えても記録にないといい、電話してようやく確認が取れたようでした。そのことがあったのでかなり長いこと待たされました。

The at the restaurant was good. More flavor than expected and portions we're larger than the average Filipino meal. The shakes were excellent. The prices of the food we're reasonable. My only complaint is there isn't a balcony in the rooms, but everything else about the room was great. Air conditioning was strong and the staff always provided bottled water after cleaning the room each day.
