The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315.

The hotel is conveniently located, so this can be a greater benefit. Our family and I booked a long-term stay at the center of the city using a booking app. After checking, however, we were given a room that was different from the one we booked. We asked for a transfer to a room that was comparable to what we wanted. We were given the room after about 30 minutes. The room is spacious enough, has a working water heater in the bathroom, a coffee and side table, and other basic room fixtures. However, it would be preferable if a chair or two be provided for the comfort of the guests, especially those who bring takeout food in the room. Cleanliness may be improved because the bedding has already developed some minor stains. Furthermore, the hotel may consider providing onetime use hotel slippers to guests rather than rubber slippers.

However, it would be better if a chair or two was provided for guests convenience, particularly those who bring takeout food. Cleanliness may also be improved because the bedding has some small stains. Additionally, the hotel may consider providing one-use hotel slippers to the guests instead of rubber slippers. The hotel is in a good location, this can be more of a benefit if combined with much improved service.

The room was large and clean. The AC and outlets worked. I did not like the layout - parking was inconvenient. It was a long hike to the front desk, and then you have to walk all the way back to the elevator.

This hotel is about the best in Los Banos but it is not what most western travellers would be looking for. There are no facilities such as restaurants, bars, gym or even lounge areas. It is just accommodation.

PROS: We enjoyed our stay here! Great convenient location and spacious accommodations (2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms for three guests!) with air conditioning in every room. Laid out like an apartment, felt like home. Breakfast and coffee were excellent at Cafe Ella. Staff was very friendly and responsive, repairing clogged shower in a timely fashion and always checking we had everything we needed. Nice balconies off the master bedroom and living room. CONS: Wifi strength was poor to nonexistent. There was a moldy smell upon entry that staff tried to remedy with air freshener. Parts of master bathroom were dusty and had cobwebs, clean but obviously not used for a while, nothing major. Presidential suite 315 could use a small mirror in the master bathroom. OVERALL recommended, we would stay here again!

The room was nice. The view at the back was nice. The place is accessible to lots of shop and restaurants. It’s the construction on going we didn’t like because it looked very messy.

We stayed in Standard room and was spaciously good sized and has separate toilet and shower, with very basic toiletries provided. There was no privacy in toilet with window and there are no blackout curtains or blinds in room. There was even a clear GAP of about 5 inches at the balcony door.
