We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place

It was really nice hotel to stay. The room is beautiful, like the gym and I also run outside which is great place to run. The cafe for breakfast is great especially the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. The beach is walkable and they a Van service going to Dmall and pick up. Overall my stay is great. My suggestion only is that I hope they have there own E-trike for short distance drive. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here, and the majority of the staff were very helpful (particularly Violet at reception). The room is very clean and modern, as are the pool and gym. However, the food is expensive and was on the whole fairly average quality. Furthermore, some of the breakfast staff were pretty rude. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for two ‘stained’ towels, which were just used and only required a light wash. This felt a little cheeky and unprofessional, however, we did not end up paying in the end.

The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. It’s a good location too because it’s in station zero away from all the crowded areas so relaxing to be away from it. Thx for my stay.

Clean room. Pool looked nice but too cold for swimming. Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff service was top notch. Convenient shuttle to DMall and local beach.

Staff was good . Room was okay but it needs maintenance. This hotel is convenient to resto and train station. Stayed for 2 days and paid for 3 nights . We had to fly early back . Hope I can get a refund :) .
