• Guests must familiarise themselves with the safety & security rules & must be responsible for their own actions & safety. In case of accidents arising from guests’ actions/negligence, guests shall hold the owners, hosts & its employees free from any liability whatsoever.
• When cooking, please turn on the range hood all the time so that the smell/odour will not spread throughout the unit. Please use the chopping board when preparing food.
Other important notes:
• Please notify us of your check-in time at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
• If property damages, breakages, additional costs, &/or expenses are higher than the safety/damage deposits paid, guests agree to indemnify immediately the hosts in cash the shortfall.
• Garbage disposal must be made daily. Please take out your trash to prevent pests/insects from coming into the unit.
• If towels, linens, or any other item becomes dirty or discoloured, the visitor is responsible for the cost of cleaning. If cleaning is unable to remove the filth or stain, the visitor is responsible for the cost of replacing the goods.
All in-house guests must abide by & comply with the following house rules:
• There is an intercom near the kitchen, which connects to the lobby, which if you need a taxi, assistance, or information.
• Local calls are free of charge. Use of the landline phone & Wi-Fi is intended for in-house guests only.
• Please note that the utilities are excluded from the rental rates. The utility fee is minimal at 499 pesos per night and this incidental is due upon check in. If the consumption is more than 499 pesos per night multiplied by the total number of nights, the guest must pay the difference at check out. For stays that are 14 nights and more, your actual utility consumption will be billed to you at check out..
• The water heater is available if you need to adjust the temperature.
• For bookings of 1 month or more, the enjoyment of both the condominium and resort amenities will be provided for free. For stays less than this, our guests can enjoy the condominium amenities for free, while access to the resort amenities access can be bought for a fee.
• The apartment can accommodate the maximum occupancy of up to three adults and two children, as indicated on this listing using the existing beds. If a rollaway bed with linen is required, it costs 2,500.-nett per night.
• Parking charges will apply for dedicated and overnight parking space. Monthly parking rates are also available. Please inform us if you need this.
• Check-in time is 16:00 PM. On the date of departure, the check-out is 11:00 AM to allow us time to complete service for new guests and occupants. Alternatively, we can offer guaranteed early check-in or late check-out or both, upon request, and subject to availability and our confirmation at additional charges. Please let us know if you need this. Late check-in after 6:00 PM incurs a late check-in fee of 2,500 pesos.
• Cleaning service for a fee is available at any point during your stay, kindly contact us. Alternatively, you can choose to maintain the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay.
• For your safety, smoking inside the apartment and at the balconies are strictly forbidden. If you disobey this, you are liable to pay the penalty of 50,000 pesos. Kindly smoke at designated smoking area on the ground floor.
• Guests hereby acknowledge having fully and carefully read & understood the house rules & the terms and conditions of the apartment rental & including the condo regulations & must fulfil them.
• If the apartment is left in an unreasonably dirty condition at any point of the stay, the guests are liable to pay an additional cleaning fee of 25,000 pesos. We remind you that the kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, etc. must be all left clean. Charges shall apply if the apartment cleaning conditions are not fulfilled.
• Please turn off the air conditioner, TV, appliances, lights, & the water taps when not in use and when you go out. This way we can help conserve & save the environment.
