Ciudad Fernandina has the best staff. Accomodating, courteous and pleasant. Breakfast always have added value like soup, fruits and others, even if its just Ala Carte Meal

The property is old charm. The room floors are all old wood and creaks with the age. Unique ambiance and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is superbly finished. Wood everywhere, well lit and great overall design. But beyond the building the staff were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much, they were ALWAYS on hand and went the extra mile more than once. We were even offered a native delicacy for breakfast on our last day ‘Tupig’. Great stay. We will certainly be back.

Hotel itself was beautiful! Rooms were clean and the staff were professional. Just a small note to the staff: the bathroom we had in our room had an improperly fitted shower door. A lot of water leaks out. May I suggest installing a rubber seal on the glass edges to prevent water leaking out. It would surely improve guest experience. Thank you!

Staff are accommodating 🤗 The place is just a walk away from the famous Calle Crisologo. Kalesa ride for tours and trikes are near the area as well. Bar Tech is a step away from the hotel so if ya'll want to have fun and drink the night away till 2am it would be very safe and convenient to walk back to the hotel after a fun night out.

Rooms too small. Corner room was cool but did not have WiFi access as it didn’t reach. No fridge was annoying. But property was cool location great, staff excellent

Stayed at this place for two nights and it was great! I love the room, cold and cozy altho I hope there is a tub that I can soak myself in but shower is good as well. Food is amazing, feels like "lutong bahay", love it! The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Crisologo street just walking distance. Can hear the noise in the hallway but not that bad. Overall had a great stay and definitely going back there again and will recommend the place!

Restaurant a bit hit and miss but otherwise the hotel is a delight. Great location and the rooms very nice. Suggest paying a bit more and booking the Junior Suite which is not really a suite but being very little more is a just a bigger room. So called Deluxe Rooms are nice but very small. Would definately go back.

Well managed, well appointed hotel that effortlessly blends in with the Vigan architecture. Clean and smart looking rooms,however the standard rooms are small so pay for a bigger one if you can. Stylish art and soothing classical music set the tone. The food is quite good too and service generally excellent. One of the best local hotels I have encountered in the Philippines. Generally I rate hotels around 3 and not infrequently 2 if they are messing things up. This one isn't five star in the international sense with a gym and pool, luxury throughout and hundreds of fawning staff, but its extremely pleasant and the owners/managers and staff deserve a lot of praise and a lot of customers. Hence 5 stars from me!

有名な通りのすぐ近くで、周りの建物も歴史があって素敵な場所にあった。 朝食もとっても美味しい。 部屋も清潔でとても綺麗。 Wi-Fiが部屋では使えなかったのが残念。

It was a lovely stayed we had. Walking distance to the Calle Crisologo and to all the neat cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops.
