SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) SMDC has VERY STRICT policies on the number of guests allowed per room, this includes infants. drivers and others. This room strictly accommodates up to 3 individuals only.
(2) The City of Tagaytay imposes a strict smoking ban on all premises, the building adheres to this law and provided smoke alarms inside this room. Should this alarm be triggered, you will be penalized with P10,000 plus SMDC administrative charges worth P2,300 so please kindly comply with this law. But, you are allowed to smoke on the balcony with the doors and windows closed.
(3) The room rental time is from 2 pm - 12 noon the following day. Should you need to extend your stay, an amount of P190/hour will apply if in case there is no incoming guest.
(4) This place is "NOT" a hotel but a well-kept condominium unit with the following inclusions: (1) 4 towels, (2) Clean sheets, and (3) Toiletries - soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Only the toiletries can be brought home but the rest stays in the unit. Damages should be reported and paid accordingly.
(5) Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them or when you leave the room
(6) Please respect others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise (strictly no party and event allowed)
(7) Keep the room clean and help save the belongings
(8) Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property and be mindful of your belongings.
(9) Be mindful of your safety in using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards. Your safety is your full responsibility and the property owners will not be liable for any accidents or problems
(10) Guests of all ages are welcome but pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
(11) Should there be any event of calamities or disasters, please kindly protect yourselves, be safe and be mindful of your own and others personal safety. The unit owners will not be liable since again, your safety is your full responsibility.
(12) Make sure that you secure the unit keys since you will be charged with P500/key if this is lost and remember to claim your ID upon checkout

SWIMMING POOLS
We are glad to inform you that all Outdoor Swimming Pools re-opened on February 15, 2021, subject to the following protocols of the IATF and Tagaytay City’s Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) Guidelines:
1. OPERATIONS
- Swimming Pool Operations is from 7AM to 10PM daily.
2. GENERAL REMINDERS
- Take a shower at the designated shower area prior to pool usage
- A person with the following symptoms, e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, or any respiratory illness will not be allowed to swim
- No spitting in the pool
- Follow proper pool ethics and behavior, and, observe the SMDC Dress swimming code (Inquire at the SMDC front desk)
