Only proper swimwear is allowed in the swimming pool. Please take a shower before using the swimming pool. Pets are not allowed to enter the swimming pool area. Children should be under supervision of adults at all times.

Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is at 11:30 AM . Subject to availability , extension is possible subject to extension fees (P 1,000/hr)

Please take care of our personal belongings, especially our books. They are there for everyone’s enjoyment. Please do not take them home.

12. Swimming Pool Rules:
Air conditioning units can be turned on from 6pm-6am only. We kindly ask you to turn off electrical appliances, close the faucets , and door when leaving Balay Natu. During rainy weather, please close sliding doors, windows and awnings before leaving the house.
PET POLICY:
During your stay, please keep the house clean and tidy. Garbage bins are located all over the house. We appreciate if you Clean As You Go.
Guests understand that we will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by pet/s presence or behavior. 10. Pet/s have to be with owners at all times for safety reasons... the entire farm is about 30 has and we also have other animals that roam freely around the estate such as sheep and chickens.

6. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet/s refuse, as well as cleaning pet/s before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels for the pet/s.
We are in a forested area. Please do not cause a forest fire. Please be very conscious with extinguishing and disposing cigarette butts. Unauthorized bonfires are not allowed.
Kindly take note of the following house rules:
We welcome you and your pet/s and hope you have a wonderful stay! Pet fee is P 500/per pet.
7. No smoking inside the house.
As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet/s or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at our family estate.
10. Please try to save on electricity.
Please respect our furniture, furnishings and kitchen/dining equipment. Please do not bring out or remove any equipment or furniture from the house. Sleeping in the living room especially on the sofas (not assigned as sofa bed) is strictly not allowed. Please do not bring beddings, linen, and pillows outside of Balay Natu. If there would be any damages, guests would be billed accordingly.
Smoking is allowed only outside the house. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the house especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. While on Phillip’s Sanctuary grounds, please smoke in designated areas only.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter our farm.
9. The pet/s are not allowed on the second floor of the house, the guest beds, carpet, sofa, or any of our furniture at the first floor at any time. Evidence any pet soiling/damage on bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.

Please do not pick flowers, fruits or plants. There may be fruits in season for sale, you may check with the caretaker what is available. When roaming on Phillip’s Sanctuary grounds, please observe the camp rules as well.
6. No outdoor shoes inside the house.
Any illegal activity and the use of prohibited drugs of any kind is strictly not allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring any guns, weapons, flammable and explosive substances.
Rebooking with no penalty is allowed due to severe weather conditions. Rebooking with no severe weather conditions penalty is 25% of total booking cost and we must be notified at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
We appreciate if you leave your shoes outside. Please bring your own house slippers which you may use inside the house. For guests availing of / using the obstacle courses and other facilities of Phillip’s Sanctuary, we appreciate you do not enter the house wet and muddy.
8. Please don’t eat or drink inside the bedrooms. Please partake of your meals in the first floor of the house or at the outdoor dining area. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in the house Please do not bring any alcoholic drinks anywhere in Phillip’s Sanctuary grounds. Please drink responsibly.
