Please respect the noise curfew around 11pm to 5am.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please throw trash on the garbage cans properly.
Do not put your shoes or slippers outside the unit.
No hanging of clothes or towels outside the balcony (per condo management). You can hang your dry clothes in the wardrobe inside the bedroom and wet clothes inside the bathroom.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking : There is a pay parking space near the main entrance. They offer 24 hours parking.
For early check out or request for extension, please advise us 1 hour before the check in/out time.
Request for extension is for approval since we need to check if there are bookings that might affect the schedule.
Extension per hour is Php200. Late check out is until 5pm only.
Access to pool has a corresponding fee of 224/head. Refer to lobby first before going to the pool area.
No pool every Thursday (cleaning)
Only residents can access pool every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
