1. The space is a 37 sqm fully furnished 1 Bedroom high rise condominium located at Anala Tower Anuva Residences, East Service Rd., Cupang, Muntinlupa.
•Please be honest with your head count to avoid any inconvenience. The unit will be prepared based on the confirmed guests stated on ABNB, this will also help us to provide you the best experience.
• Please Clean as you Go. Guests are expected to clean up before check out.
3. Guests will surely love our comfortable bed, sofa and smart tv for your movie marathon night with high speed internet 5G and 4G connection.
4. Yes! Cooking is allowed. Our kitchen is equipped with frying pan, tongs, ladle, pot, knife, chopping board, fridge, induction cooker, microwave, dishwashing soap and sponge.
• Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings.
5. Pay parking is available. Worry free with a guaranteed parking slot for just P250/day. Please let us know in advance so we can reserved a parking slot.
