HOUSE RULES:
1.) CHECK IN time is 2PM or onwards.
2.) CHECK OUT time is on or before 12 noon.
3.) The unit shall only be occupied by the registered persons only during the booking, NO VISITORS are allowed.
4.) NO PETS are allowed.
5.) NO SMOKING inside the unit & inside the building premises.
6.) Excessive noise and other disturbances are prohibited.
7.) Parties or events are not allowed inside the unit.
8.) No hanging of clothes in the window.
9.) CONSERVE ELECTRICITY – UNPLUG or TURN OFF all appliances and lights every time you leave the unit.
10.) Don’t forget to BRING THE KEYS every time you leave the unit.
11.) LOST or DAMAGED furnitures, fixtures, properties, appliances, etc. shall be charged accordingly.
12.) Do not eat on the bed or avoid contaminating the bed, sofa, carpet, beddings, linens, etc. with liquid, stain, sticky materials or any substance that causes damage. Any stain or damage from such will be CHARGED P100.00 each.
13.) No cooking of dried fish, squid or any smelly foods. We advise to do only light cooking.
14.) DO NOT OPEN the WINDOW while the AIRCON is ON.
15.) Illegal, unlawful or unsociable activities are prohibited.
16.) Vandalism is prohibited and shall be charged of not less than Php500.00
17.) Linens are only provided ONCE UPON CHECK-IN. Request for CHANGE of linens shall be charged P100.00/item.
18.) TOILETRESS, i.e., tissue paper, shampoo and soap are only PROVIDED ONCE regardless of the length of stay.
19.) LOST room KEY shall be charged Php500.00
20.) When leaving the pool area (6th floor), change into appropriate dry clothes. No one will be allowed to enter the common areas while wet.
21.) Free car park is at a first come first serve basis for a maximum of 3 hours from 7am to 10pm.
Paid car parking is also available inside the building at P300 per day. I can assist you in booking a parking or you can book at the frontdesk.
Motorbike parking is free.
22.) PLEASE KEEP the room CLEAN as it was possibly when you arrived.
23.) Close and dispose the garbage properly using black garbage bag. Garbage room is located opposite of Unit 2121.
24.) LEAVE THE KEYS at Sunvida’s front desk upon check-out & message/inform the host Leomilie .
25.) LOCK the room, TURN OFF all the appliances & lights then TURN OFF/DOWN the MAIN BREAKER upon checking out.
