RATE: no refund expected STANDARD RATE: In the case of cancellations or changes made up between 2 months after the 25th day’s expected date of arrival will be Revocable. In the case of cancellations or changes made up between 1 month and 14 days before the expected date of arrival will be Revocable. In the case of cancellations or changes made up between for 15thdays after the 7thdays expected date of arrival will be Revocable and In the case of cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival, no cost will be charged and any deposit paid will be refunded • In the case of cancellations or changes made between 6 days and the day before the day of arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the first night. In the case of cancellations or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Housekeeping by guest request can be daily or weekly: (General cleaning of the unit and change of bedding)
-> QUITE HOURS: 10 PM- 7 AM strictly NO LOUD NOISE during this time. Loud music and producing other loud noises are highly discouraged so as not to disturb others. (*If neighbor/s or someone complained, if not followed or Stopped the Security Deposit shall be NON-REFUNDED or Forfeited)
-> SECURITY DEPOSIT is required and to be collected upon arrival for
declaring guest/s visitors will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. (Unexpected visitors are alright, but you need to inform us about their arrival, to endorse them)

They will be charged the necessary amounts to cover repairs, replacements and any cleaning relating to the damage. Any deductions resulting from damage will be recovered in accordance with the law.
