We can easily locate locations using technology. Maps apps. This time, me fell short. When I stumbled upon this motel's location, it pointed me to another location. Fortunately, I didn't argue with the taxi driver who brought me to this hotel. The hotel's surrounding is poor. It is located on the fringes of the public market. So anticipate a stack of garbage along the trip. Despite it's unquestionably older structure, the hotel's facade is lovely. Although the lobby says there is no internet connection, the staff is courteous, so I'm not allowed to use the internet for work. The room is fairly good. I stayed for five days. I called the lobby to confirm that it would be on request since the linen and towel were untouched on the second day. Another major disappointment for me. They didn't inform me that I should inform them to make up my room. Other hotels are automatically setting up their rooms. A night market is right outside the hotel, which is a positive feature. Get the no-ang street foods. Reserve at your own risk.

My family and I always visit this hotel overnight we go to Oro City. I'm a worker myself, but I can still remember staying there when I was in elementary school. Its to show that regardless of how many years have passed, the quality of their hotel and service are great. De Lux Hotel has undergone numerous renovations over the years and added a couple function halls. They are great for weddings and other occasions. They have many rooms all the way up to the first level. Don't worry, they have an elevator. A room for 1, 2, 3 or a family, they have it. Choose your own. We usually stay in their very spacious and comfortable quad room. A restaurant on the ground floor serves free breakfast to hotel visitors. The parking lot at the front can accommodate a few cars but the back can accommodate many. The front desk staff, guards, and bellhop are always friendly and helpful. They have a huge lounge area close to the front desk which I adore. The only negative I have about this hotel is when two events, particularly weddings, booked on the same day. There are guests that are respectful and don't make much noise but have a tendency to get enraged in the hallways and can disturb other hotel guests. There is even times when kids keep playing with the elevator. They kept going up and down or simply stayed on a floor but kept

This hotel is our home in December 2019. It is a birthday party! We courteously inquired about the food from the girl at the restaurant's counter, but it appears that she has not heard us! It is already past the inn and the food was not yet prepared. I went back and forth, but she is looking for escape. I attempted to request a manager, but they ignored me. Till a friendly waiter came to me to assist me. He greatly adores me! Although December is a busy time of year, please resist the temptation to decline us! Because we are paying a considerable price, we want the birthday party to be successful. We just require fair service in exchange. This girl is now in good condition.

a small stain on a bedsheet which was probably there before,made the receptionist charge me circa the price of one more night. also i had rat sized cockroaches in my shower. ice cold shower. tv doesnt work.bad wifi.good breakfast

The room smelled of mold and didn't even have a window, which was odd... The back ofthe door had mold on thrm and in between the beds smelled like a urine filled toilet. The staff were friendly and the shower actually had hot water and is the only reason i didnt give it a one!

Humid.. the aircondition is not functioning well. The room was not cleaned. When we came back in the evening on our second day, the room was still the same. Cleaning was not done, though was informed the front desk. There's a mice roaming around the corner of the room. Lastly, the room is not sound proof. At 10pm we can still hear noises coming from the other rooms, lika dragging of charirs, children running and banging of doors. On the positive side, the location is good.
