It was very comfy and very nice however the only issue is the water from the shower only gives a small amount that you can't easily washed off the shampoo to our hair and soap to our body...but overall I'll be happy to stay again with el puerto boracay the next time we visit again in boracay. Keep it up...

The location was great. The view from the window here was like a sign on the balcony. The hotel was located near the beach and in a strategic area. When you come to the police station, you can ask for directions just as a quick and easy way to get directions. If you're searching for a police station by the beach, I'll go to another good location next time. It was a nice and peaceful location.

We stayed here while visiting Bocay, and we liked the location of the hotel. Along with its neighboring hotels, it is hidden in a small alley, and there is a convenient local convenience store in the alley towards the hotel. A quick walk will get you to the beach and the hotel is only a few minutes away. For those who are unsure about the location, La Carmela de borocay is only a few steps away. The staff is courteous and accommodating. A nice touch for a relatively small hotel were the pool and jacuzzi. Although quite small, the rooms are more than adequate for two people in my opinion. We didn't actually use the tiny balcony as there was construction going on behind the hotel during our stay. For those who rely heavily on wifi, I advise you to request a room on the lower floors and ground floor because the wifi on the upper floors is very weak. The complimentary breakfast is sufficient. Overall, we had a wonderful time here, the staff was friendly, it was definitely budget-friendly, and it was in a great position, so there were no complaints.

The rooms are not well maintained. Lights flicker, hole in bathroom ceiling, dust behind to, bed and side table. Internet not too stable. They will give you 24 hours use per stub. Food is not that bad. Enough to give you energy for all the activities for the whole day. Location good. Few meters walk from beach and main road. The pool is a bit unusable to use. Because it is in the lobbydining area. Not very suitable for swimming. But I have to give it to the staff. They are very well mannered and friendly. ready to help when needed.

The hotel is a little secluded in one of the alleys in terms of location. But it is still easy to access the beach station 2 and the main road. The bed was comfy, with good air conditioning. Breakfast was quite light but sufficient for getting you ready for the day. A fair-sized fridge inside the room is ideal for keeping your drinks nice and cold. The employees at this place are always friendly and willing to assist. But there is a construction going on next to the hotel and we were only informed when we arrived. Since we stayed for four nights, they could have given us a room on a higher floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near 711 and the beach. The pool was excellent in the heat of the beach due to the friendly staff. There are 2 stand-alone and 2 family rooms in this lovely hotel. They don't have a refrigerator in the rooms, but I requested one for my room, and it was just for my room. The only refrigerator they had was the only one I wanted. They served hot water, excellent air conditioning, and a pleasant bed. The hotel offers great breakfast when we have kids under 9, and they really enjoy the pool and beach.

Nice place but way too noisy and no one staff member did anything about the noise that was going on on the second floor but anyways the second thing would be is there’s no information about the facility has no elevators for people that have a physical disability from stairs but the staff has helped us move from the fourth floor down to the second floor which was nice anyways it was a good place but those are the only problem i came across

The room was small but perfectly ok. The beach was a little lower than I expected. Next to the hotel is a large construction site. They would work between 9 am to 10 pm but already the first morning they started at 7.35am. Because of this, I booked a new hotel

The pool looks much bigger in the photo than in person (it's actually right next to the dining area too, which isn't pleasant). You have to go through a dark, scary path in order to get to the entrance. There were mosquitos in the room before we even checked in. Ants in the bathroom.
