My family gives it a very good score, but there is room for improvement. I paid for a voucher through Metrodeal for Don't Stay. Our accommodation was meant to be for 4 people, but I wasn't willing to pay extra for an additional bed. I was with my husband, 2 big adult sons, and my mother. I called before I checked in. They already told me the room was too small for an additional bed. I was unaware of how small the room was until we checked in. Thank goodness the manager was quick to offer us the biggest room while offering us a discount for the additional rate. He also offered a massage discount. We are given a room for 8 people, with a double bed, a queen bed, and 4 extra mattresses piled on the corner. It's good that we were transferred to another room. Given that we were only four, the room is ideal for us. However, 8 people won't feel comfortable in it. There are plenty of areas where you can sit, relax, drink with family, and take in the cool weather. The grd has a very little jacuzzi pool. Only my mother tried it and said she felt itchy on her skin and head. I suppose the water is not cleaned regularly. The staff from the manager down who has this place is one plus. The staff were pleasant, and the location was nice because it was close to the highway, but when we got there, I was dissatisfied by the filthy areas. There are many cigarette butts everywhere, sands on the stairs, and a dirty footman. Dustpans and brooms filled with trash are only sat next to the sofa and the floor. There was even a filthy tablespoon at the long chair in front of our rooms. Room 18 has a filthy couch, numerous molds, a broken zipper, and filthy pillows. Ants are all over the side tables in Room 19, including climbing onto the toilet tissue that was left there and coming from the back of the bed headboard. Also, you can't rest soundly because you can hear all the passing vehicles outside. The curtains are quite thin, and even with the ac on, the room is very warm. There is no wifi in the rooms, so you must go downstairs to use it. The jacuzzi is very stale, the water's color isn't clear, and they have a rooftop with a beautiful view. I drew up my lesson from the metrodeal deal. The room is very tiny for 1700, with black ants and mosquitoes all over. There were webs in every corner, and the floor was filthy. It seems like they didn't take it for months. The room smells like old wet wood, and I felt itchy, I believe that's due to the fact that the bedsheets were not replaced, especially the pillows. Regardless, the or is clean. Breakfast is already cold, so it is not tasty. And this location is far from the Tagaytay tourist attractions, as it's about the Nasugbu, bananas. But the staff was friendly and accommodating, but there are no uniforms, so it's a bit confusing to know if they are staff or intruders because there are no guards. I won't return to this location.

This hotel has good location. When the pandemic happened, we tried to check in, but we were moved to a higher room. Pets are allowed, the roof deck has an indoor jacuzzi, and the roof deck has tables where you can put your food and things.

Our family decided to book 2 rooms for 2 nights here because it was non-refundable. But the staff is friendly and the hotel lacks basic amenities and needs. Even toilet paper was not available. The room is old and poorly maintained, the water pressure is weak and the hot shower is unstable. There is no food service and parking is limited. On the plus side, they are pet friendly and also allow kids.
