Great Hotel, clean, great AC, and good breakfast options. However, Bed is rock solid and the wifi is bad. Beach is only 5min walk and there are a lot of souvenir shops near. There is also a nice pool.

kamarnya bersih banget, lengkap dari mulai bath robe, sandal, cukuran, sikat gigi, sabun, shampoo, jemuran, sayang air panasnya agak ga berfungsi & wifinya suka putus putus. so far wangi dan bersih banget, dingin bgt juga ac nya. include breakfast cuman nunggunya mayan lama 20 menitan baru keluar. deket dari sevel dan supermarket juga, trs jalan dikit bisa ke white beach. so far good experience

The room is nice. But we’ve had problems with ants in the toilet and in our bedroom. We’ve had issues with the AC as well, so they transferred us to a different room (disability friendly) on the first floor, that in my opinion is not safe for use for people with disabilities. The shower handrails are loose, unsafe for use, it’s a tight space, and I saw some molds in the ceiling. I did bring it to their attention on my last day so I’m unsure if they did something about it. The staff are okay. Some are nice and some doesn’t seem to have costumer service training.
