CHILD RATE POLICY
Children 0-4 years old can stay for free if sleeping together with the adults. 5 years old and above will be charged the full adult rate.

QUIET HOURS
Please observe quiet times between 10pm - 6am. Let's be nice to other guests and to our neighbors.

SAVING ENERGY
Kindly turn off the aircon and other appliances when not in use to save energy and ensure the safety of everyone.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Garbage bins are provided for proper disposal of your trash.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Coordinate with the resort personnel for the designated smoking areas.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
For the check-in procedure, kindly leave a valid ID at the office. This will be returned to you upon check-out.

SOME SPACES ARE SHARED
Beach and garden areas are shared among other stay-in guests and daytime tourists.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our resort staffs Ms. Emma Sardan and Ms. Lovebelle Napatutan can be approached for any assistance.

GETTING THERE
We are behind the newest attraction of Dumaguete City - Port Royale WaterPark Resort. For those arriving with a transportation, secured parking is available on site and reservation is not needed. For those who needs transfer assistance, options are tricycles and 4-wheeled vehicle (contact us for more information).

GETTING AROUND
Tricycles are available at the property. Guests can arranged with the office to hire these tricycles (for an additional fee) to bring them from point to point within the city.
