This hotel is definitely worth the price! Checking in was quick as well as check out. Has lift, we were in 3rd floor. Room has everything you need from slippers and toiletries. Air conditioning is good working condition! Has warm water too in the bathroom. Equip with kettle and fridge. Close to 7-11 to get some snacks and water. There are water dispenser along the hotel corridor. We had added £2 for breakfast for 3! The breakfast was 1 order per person and it was amazing😁! The room needs some repainting, the bed is firm and comfortable. Overall, i would highly recommend!

It's just a high rise. I think the staff is very caring and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here. But at other establishments, the location is easily accessible. You are so safe and secure. Kudos to a true Kalayan.

The employees here were very helpful. The room in the first floor here was comfortable and good, even though the size here was smaller than at the Malagasy branch. In addition, it has all the hotel amenities. An excellent spot to rest and unwind. Within walking distance, there are also groceries, banks, drugstores, fastfood, restaurants, and hospitals.

Me and my family looks for a place that was convenient for us everytime we visits Quezon Mem Circle & Wildlife Park and at last we found Fersal Hotel that meets our expectations. It is clean & comfy! We didn’t see cockroaches unlike other hotels. Fixtures at the toilet is good as there’s no leak and mostly it has bidet. Probably, we will stay in the same place when we visit Quezon City again.

道路に面した部屋は朝7時ごろ～夜11時ごろまで車の騒音がうるさいので、気になる方は内側がおすすめです。ケソン市内はもとより、マニラ市内からでも、「ケソンのファーサル」「カラヤンのファーサル」でタクシードライバーに通じます。朝食は5種類くらいあり、アメリカンブレックファースト、フィリピン料理ともにまずまずでした。部屋にセキュリティーボックスがあります。WIFIは切れることもありますが、おおむね一日中つながりました。蚊取り線香持参がおすすめ（徒歩1分のスーパーで購入可能）。客層はほとんどがフィリピン人。フロントは親切です。ルームサービスはメニュー豊富で、隣接のカフェとほぼ同価格です。
