The building is conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, shops, and banks, with a 7eleven store on the ground floor. Additionally, it is only ten meters from the nearest lrt station. Excellent value for the money. Appreciate the outstanding service provided by the personnel and security guards.

I spent a week here as required by owwa for covid19. Here are some of my evaluations that the management and owner can consider as areas for improvement. They should probably consider upgrading, especially the internet connection, as the other reviews have mentioned. On the first floor, which happens to be owned by the same hotels owners, there is ten restaurants on the property. There is no wifi, cable, or intercom, the food delivery process is delayed, an unsecure food pack or not properly sealed, obstructing orders from seveneleven, and preventing the release of the swabs test results.

I would recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and i felt very safe with the security guards. Room was clean and spacious. It also had a really nice view of the city (17th floor). The air conditioning worked well and they gave me soap and towels. Right next to the hotel was tavern 7 eleven. - The train right outside the building was quite noisy.

The location is clean and comfortable, the only problem is the noise from the train and passing cars. It could have been perfect if the room was soundproof.

Super location in malate, very easy to walk to the fort area and town of Korea, and close to mrt. The room was large and light with lots of cupboard space and lots more surfaces, clean and good wifi, roof deck with amazing views of manila and the staff are helpful and pleasant. There are many restaurants and bars nearby with a 711 right outside, it is cheaper to book online than walk in. I stayed 6 nights and will stay again next time in manilla.

This hotel is in a very strategic location. The bathroom drain and shower knob need minor repairs, but generally this hotel has gotten better overall.
