The bad reviews are all crap.!!! Location - Amazing ✅ Staff & service - Fantastic ✅ Cleanliness - Great ✅ Electricity/hot water - Fantastic ✅ this is great hotel, El nido is an island in a third world country so expect minor glitches, The staff were fantastic when you get talking to them, treat them with kindness and they reflect it right Back at you which is beautiful. We extended our stay for another 4 nights. Stay in a delux room on the 4th floor. You have a whole roof top to yourself.

Catherine, the receptionist, was very friendly and went out of her way one evening to find medications for us after all the local stores were closed. We were very appreciative.

Rooftop room, awesome view of the harbor. Great location, ceiling fan, however no elevator so we had to go up 4 cases of stairs. Wifi didn't work, bathroom can be improved.

Though, WIFI didn't reach our room, we were still so happy with the service that we received from the hotel's staff. Our stay was exceptional. I will come back to El Nido and stay at this hotel again.

Good place on main street. Our first night our room did not have a window, like half of the rooms don't on the second floor. Anne,the manager, moved us to a window room for the following stay. It was very comfortable. There is complimentary wifi, but everybody says there is no good wifi in El Nido, relax and enjoy. Good places to eat and good diving and snorkeling.

Tämän keskeisemmältä sijainnilta ei hotellia el nidosta löydy. Siisti huone ja kaikki toimi niinkuin pitää. Erityisen hyvä wifi yhteys sitä tarvitsevalle. Ilmaista kahvia tarjolla 24/7. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee pääkadulla niin melu ulkoa ei kantautunut huoneeseen asti eli rauhassa sai nukkua

Hotel cher par rapport aux prestations ! Mais tout est cher à El Nido ! Si vous aimez le calme, demandez une chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue.

Only downfall is they dont have a fridge in the room and the aircon was old and LOUD compare to the second room we got but overall, id definitely come back to Garnet Hotel

We liked the proximity of this hotel because it is really accessible everywhere. Almost beach front and restaurants are everywhere. I am just hoping that the wifi would reach the hotel room and not only at the lobby. It would also be bettet if they would serve free breakfast. Overall, i loved my stay at Garnett.

For starters the room booked wasn’t a seaview as advertised and payed for. Sliding door in the room didn’t close properly so we could hear all the noise from the streets and surrounding pubs until early hours of the morning. Check in went fairly smoothly even though we maid a last minute reservation. Otherwise could have been better for the money spent. Location is in the busy part of town though..

Nice view of the bay if you get a deluxe room on the top floor (4th Floor). Power outage everyday in the entire town. No wifi in the rooms. Wifi is week (all of El Nido). The AC was not hooked to the generator so I was dying in heat. Couldn't sleep. The TV had issues which they couldnt fix. The staff was quite incompetent. Save your money and go elsewhere.
