The building itself is very clean, and they really maintain the area. There is pool access, and the guards are also kind to guests. You can easily go to newcoast beach and the savoy hotel, where there is 7/11 and gong cha. Belmont is also close by. Hop on hop off bus passes by the area every 15 minutes, so its easy to go here if you want to stay for your vacation.

Nice units. The location is far from white beach, but we had enough days to stay 3 days at white beach and 3 days here, so it was fine for us.

A wonderful apartment unit in the north of yapak. We had a great tworoom apartment with all the necessary amenities (kitchen, wash machine, living room, and bedroom. There is also a small balcony with a nice view of the sea and island. The service in this complex is very comfortable because a shuttle bus brings you to the mall and private beach. This apartment complex is very safe and quiet. Also, the owner of the apartment is always helpful and friendly.

Oceanway residence is close to the current Belmont hotel and the Savoy hotel. However, i would not recommend it to anyone who prefers to stay in the busy area of station 2 as it is a 15-20 minute trike drive due to ongoing road construction. Overall, the condo is peaceful and a scenic place to stay, especially the terrace view with friendly staff and a free shuttle to city mall and west cove. Great place to escape the bustling city and a 10 minute walk to the private resort and station 1 beaches. Also close to city mall for groceries where you can cook your own meals instead of eating out. It has a swimming pool and a great area for a nice jogging.
