We strive to provide extra amenities including cleanliness, safety, and privacy during your stay so please treat our place with respect.
The fully functional washer and dryer are provided for your convenience including detergent and other cleaning materials. Please handle with care.
Generally, you may turn up the volume of your TV as long as doors and windows are closed so as not to bother the neighbors.

Activities:
Inviting guests to come for dinner is fine as long as there are no excessively loud uncontrolled music or boisterous and rowdy situations that can cause damage to premises or disturbance to neighbors.
Additional overnight guests without prior notice becomes a liability issue for both parties, hence, will definitely make us lose our trust in you. Please contact the host for additional guest situations.

Restrictions:
Smoking of any type inside the unit are not allowed as these may trigger the smoke detectors and leave a lingering smell.

Bringing in of hazardous and odor emitting materials, illegal articles such as pirated discs, drugs, flammable goods, are strictly prohibited.

Any item left behind by guests are automatically for disposal or a storage fee of Php 1000.00 per day/bag will be imposed.
No pets allowed yet at this time.
Rude behavior and illegal activities are not tolerated and guest may have to deal with local authorities.
