Being just opened a few months it was good. Customer service is a 5/5. The rooms was 4.9 in my opinion. More on the smaller size (I’m used to big hotel rooms) but still was good. They are still renovating/building but it dosent intrude your stay. Breakfast option was good. Shuttle to the airport went great. Overall 4.9/5 I will definitely go back when the hotel is finished.

Stayed here with my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 9). We had a family room which was actually one room with a queen size bed and a separate room that had two single beds with a connecting door in between. My parents also stayed with us in a separate room. This hotel is beautiful. I believe it's brand new so it's very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The location is perfect as it is close to the airport and shopping. I wouldn't walk to the mall (you totally could) we just didn't because it was very humid and hot out however it's so easy (and affordable) to get around with Grab (Asia's version of Uber in North America). Our stay came with daily breakfast buffet. The food was amazing. There is a good mix of traditional Filipino dishes along with Western cuisine. Everything was fresh and delicious everyday. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Chester Rosales at the concierge was always so helpful with our bags (we always came back to the hotel with shopping) and waited with us for our Grab driver to come and load our suitcases. The gym (though we didn't use it) was brand new with high end equipment and a lot of space. The pool was nice too. I would say it's a bit small for the property but it was nice to be able to go for a swim. It's located in a very nice outdoor area with plenty of seating. We didn't get a chance to try any of the other dining options or the bar but we will definitely be back to try them next time.

I searched hotels in the area including other reputable names and this one had the best reviews especially regarding the cleanliness. I had the best sleep here during my time in the Philippines.
