At about 1000 am, we arrived in the caravan de Oro, most of the hotels we checked out were completely booked, luckily we found a hotel. The rooms are a bit basic, but we didn't care because we were leaving early anyway. Good points near lifestyle district, friendly staff and very budget friendly.

Since it is located in the heart of the heart of the city of Caracas de Oro, close to a university, this hotel attracts visitors. Although I didn't inquire about my host's fee because we are a group attending a one and a half day workshop, the location of which is the university next to it, I could anticipate that my overnight stay in the hotels single room, double bed, should be less than php 1thounight. This is the second time I've remained at this motel. The first when we were four people in one room. As a result, I had already prepared for what to anticipate. If one is hoping to visit this hotel, it would be beneficial to have a cleaning rug. 2 linens are not particularly tidy. My pillow had a brown bobby-like clinging to the sheet. Understand to be patient. Anyway, it will only be for the night. And this is extremely crucial. Don't be shy to ask for bathroom soap or toilet paper because it is not provided in your room. The front desk gives you these vital basic facilities. Bring your shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, therefore. Comfort and hygiene are key for every hotel stay. The air conditioner functions but is noisy. But it's fine. Yes, the restroom is clean. I guarantee. So, overall, if one isn't

Located in the heart of Caravan de Oro, in front of it is a nightlife restaurant with a free live band performance, good atmosphere and next to the hotel is a university school and close to the port of caravan going to cell city.

Very convenient, very close to the malls, the only problem was that the wifi was not working on the higher floors. What saved the day was that the lobby wifi was working.

We checked in early(8:00am) and I understand that it might take some time to have the reserved room. They act quick though and had us a room and we just left our baggage since we need to go somewhere important. However, they didn't informed us that the key card will be locked or disabled by 12pm or 2pm, so it happened to us that when we arrived to our room (5th floor )between 3pm to 4pm we were shocked that our key card doesn't work so I need to go down to FD to have it unlocked and it is just so hassle in our part to wait outside of our room for about 5min to 10min. They only have 1 elevator, wifi is only at the lobby, hall way is not airconditioned and not so wide.

It's so disappointing why the air conditioner is placed just above the pillow. The noise within the floor is terrible for the whole night. The hotel does not have a restaurant on its own.

Room was absolutely filthy Bedding wasn’t changed unless you requested but took another two days to clean Cockroaches everywhere Bathroom stinking and filthy toilet leaking bad was reported but nothing done about it Staff rude and unprofessional

Like:Location is good. Dislike: service is poor, air conditioning is not working well. Poor condition - toiletries is not available you have to ask reception -ni phone available inside room... you have to go out at the floor lobby to call for service
