I took daily walks yo the SM mall across the street. Restaurants are plentiful. The area is always well lit. The hotel staff are friendly and professional.

I thought the hotel was great for a short stay. It's located right across an SM so super convenient. The ambiance was nice, the room was fairly comfortable. However, walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your next door neighbors quite clearly. Also, bathroom floor tiles were marble but shouldn't floor tiles be the non-slippery, non-skid type? Especially for the bathrooms. Except for the two points raised, this hotel is pretty good!

I like this place. The hotel is in a strategic location but I think the management has no desire to improve the hotel's quality from the food to the room cleanliness. This hotel had a reasonable rate due to its location.

This hotel can't offer the iron, but if they wanted you to hire their service, they would want to pay for it. The room is lovely, it has a lounge area and a dining area, and it is quite big with the dining area and reception. They are near the mall, and it's easy to get around. The restroom is spotless, but the toilet is not clean enough. They always don't provide the shower or refill the shampoo, and the water flow is very slow. The electricity is always switched off, and the personnel is competent. The lobby is a little run-down because there is no ventilation or air conditioning, and it's very dark at night because they always turn off the lights. Finally, it's strange that they won't let you borrow an iron or ironing board because they prefer that you use their service and pay for it, which is so strange.

This hotel has many problems, and I guess I got many of them during my 2-night stay. Bed and bedding comfortable, air conditioning was good, but no hot water for two days, so cold showers. Inacceptable! Cons Half the shower head worked, one else didn't, and the wifi was weak at best with slow download. Cons WiFi weak at best with slow download. Cons The restaurant was overpriced. For example 2 cups cold rice, a piece of chicken, and an egg with one coffee and one orange juice 700 pesos. The rice and egg cold. Additionally, the restaurant and hotel do not accept credit cards for restaurant charges. They should inform visitors of those scenarios when they checked in. Cons had to ask for a safe for the room, which they installed, but it was old and batteries went out because they were held by some tape. As a result, I could not open the safe after locking because the batteries went out of the case. At best, it's frustrating to hear the road most of the night and day because it is directly across the street from Iceland and all the jeepers and tricycles I was loading people. So, my thoughts are best wishes if you decide to visit here.

This hotel deserves two stars. The employees are very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Excellent position, just steps from the mall. Public transport is very close to the hotel. Just continue the excellent service.

Overall, everything is fine. Strategic location. In front of so many data. Nearly everything you need, friendly staff. Our room was a big diamond suite. In the hotel parking area, there is a Japanese restart. The food is delicious. 711, a bakery, more shops, and a food store are all within walking distance. Good internet connection. The personnel are incredibly attentive and alert. Bravo. However, it requires extensive cleaning. The cabinet where the refrigerator, shower, and rubber mats are located.. The windows. The pillowcases also require thorough cleaning. Only one of three tes works.

The staff is alright. The lobby is a little musty because there is no adequate ventilation or air conditioning, and at night it becomes dark because they constantly turn off the lights. The bathroom is dirty and every time I ask for room make up, they never provide a shower or replenish the shampoo, the water flow is slow, and the electricity is always switched off. The room is pleasant, and it is peaceful and has a dining and reception space. The location is near the mall. It's strange that they won't let you borrow an iron and ironing board because they prefer you take their service and pay for it, in my opinion.

All is good. strategic location right in front of the data. It's near almost everything you need. Friendly staff. Our room was a large diamond suite. It has a Japanese restart in the parking lot. The food was delicious. 711, bakery, more shops and a food store are all within walking distance. Average internet connection. Staff are very attentive and alert. Kudos. But it needs a thorough cleaning. The cabinet where the fridge, shower cubicle. And rubber mats, with doors included.. The pillowcases also need deep cleaning. 1 out of 3 tes is functional.

I have a lot of issues with this hotel, so I imagine I got a lot of them during my two nights there. The bed and mattresses were comfortable, the air conditioning was good, and there was no hot water for two days, so the shower was chilly. Disgusting! A half of the shower head operated, but the other one didn't. The wifi is not working at all and has a slow download. It was a restaurant that was excessively priced, such as two cups of cold rice, one piece of chicken, and an egg with one coffee and one orange juice 700 pesos. The rice and egg cold. Further, the restaurants and hotels do not charge credit cards for restaurant fees. During check-in, guests should be informed of these scenarios. Cons had to ask for a safe for the apartment, and they installed, but it was old and the batteries fell out because they were being held by some tape. Therefore, it was impossible to open the safe after it was locked because the batteries fell out of the holder. Almost all night and the day, the traffic noise was loud, as it was directly across the street from iceland, all the jeepers and tricycles I was loading people. My thoughts, therefore, good luck if you decide to visit here.

A large group of us travelled to Davao for a wedding and found the Air BnB we reserved a bit disappointing. Home Crest Hotel was able to accommodate us with great rooms in one of the busiest seasons!! So grateful for the assistance. Rooms were well appointed, clean, modern, and met all our needs.

とても親切でした。英語ができないのでフロントの方は、困ったと思います。歯ブラシとカミソリがあれば助かります。また遅い時間のチェックインで迷惑かけたかもしれません。
