no elevator in going to upper floors.our second day breakfast especially the hotdog is not good.my relatives stayed in 14 pods, sometimes no water in the shower.

立地に関しては、駅近で、少し歩けばマクドやジョリビーやセブイレもあり便利でした。ビルの入り口には常に警備員がいるのでセキュリティー面でも安心できます。路上生活者や野良犬が多いですが、夜遅くまで出歩かなければ問題無いと思います。部屋の冷房の強さが極端だったので、常に「少し寒い」か「少し暑い」状態だったのが残念でした。スタッフはみんなすごく親切で、色々な手配も快く引き受けてくれました。 Wi-Fiは、部屋では繋がらなかったのでフロント近くのソファで利用しました。寝るだけでいい人にとっては十分だと思います。

I really enjoyed my stay at Hometown. The beds are comfortable and the overall cleanliness is great. You do have to ask for your room to be cleaned but after a few days of my roommates and I continuously asking, the lovely ladies would just stop by. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The internet is slow in the rooms so you have to hang out in the lobby for better connection and the hotel is located on the corner of a very, very busy highway-type intersection, so all for a back facing room and you should be fine.

As a customer we have used this hotel a few times. The breakfast is good quality nice choices and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and underneath the bed is clean. The 1 bedroom prices aren't as competitive as some but the Dormitory pricing for the value, quality, cleanliness and breakfast is great.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was really clean, the beds were extremely comfy and the temperature was just right. You could also take hot showers which was really relaxing. The grill upstairs served really delicious and inexpensive food such as BBQ and chicken inasal. Breakfast was really filling although there wasn't much variety. I think the best thing about this hotel is their staff - really topnotch service. Couldn't thank them enough for their very good customer service. Everyone was helpful and friendly - the reception staff, the security guards, the grill/breakfast staff, the cleaners! Everyone! There isn't an elevator in the hotel so this might be an issue for the elderly or those who cannot climb a flight of stairs. Also you could hear the traffic outside even when the windows are closed, although this wasn't an issue for us as we slept very comfortably all throughout our stay. Really good experience with Hometown Hotel. I would consider booking with them again in the future.

This hotel is very clean but inexpensive, very good compared to other hotels. Location conditions are not bad, there are malls in the vicinity. Just if the Wi-Fi is a little better ... I guess it's too greedy. I will stay in again.

Hotel is easy to get to using your phone app. Location is convenient, easy to get train right across the street, and just a few minutes to restaurants, malls, and airport. Rooms are clean, and staff really goes out of their way to provide above excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel, just give them a try.
