Please do not affix or stick anything on the walls that may cause damage to the paint. A minimum penalty of PHP 1,000 applies for any damage incurred.

Treat the space with care, respect, and warmth, just as you would your own home.

Cooking of dried fish or strong-smelling seafood is not allowed, to maintain a fresh and pleasant ambiance for all.

Pets are not permitted inside the unit.

Kindly clean as you go.

Please wash all used cutlery and dishware and ensure the sink remains clear and clean.

Turn off all lights, shower heater and the air-conditioning unit when not in use, to conserve energy and maintain sustainability.

The garbage room is conveniently located near the elevator for your use. Please dispose of your waste properly.

We maintain a strict NO SMOKING and NO VAPING policy inside the unit and within building premises. Thank you for your cooperation.

Swimming Pool Access:

Please request a pool pass from the lobby of Tower 1 or Tower 2.

Weekdays: PHP 150 per person/day

Holidays/Weekends: PHP 300 per person/day

Pools are located on the 2nd floor of Tower 1 and Tower 2.
