Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.

I loved Ilocos Urban Wave. Great resort and landscaping. Its quite far from San Nicolas RObinson or SM Laoag/ Laoag City, but you can take a tricycle or hire a private van to visit main malls. Overall, the multiple pools and amazing staff at Cafe Onda and overall resort staff were super friendly. I stayed with my family visiting from New York and we absolutely had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone visiting from USA.

They provided one with a strand that was unraveling, and there was some small stains from makeup and light dirt from within the resort that easily washed out, and for this normal use they charged me twice what the towels costs at the local market. Shameful way to treat a tourist and not a good way to build a customer base.
