Good Friendly staff and the room is clean a little bit noisy because of the roads, no lift but the staffs are helpful with the luggage, all and all is good and no trouble at all.

I would definitely recommend this place. I stayed here for 9 nights before going to my hometown. The room and toilet are spacious and clean. Toiletries, disposable slippers, bottled water, kettle and coffee are provided. There is no lift but the security guard helped me carry my luggage. In terms of location, it is quite accessible to jeepneys, buses and mrt. Fast food restaurants are 550 meters away from the hotel. I chose to have breakfast included and it was nice to have breakfast past 10 am as i usually dont eat early in the morning. The receptionists are nice and helpful. When you are inside the room you can hear noise from outside as it is right next to the main road. But before confirming the booking they will tell you about this problem. Anyway, i slept well despite the noise. I guess i am just used to noise. The ac also makes noise but it works and cold. Overall, the hotel is a good place if you are looking for a budget friendly place.

Hotel ini sangat cocok jika ingin menginap dalam perjalanan jauh. Harga yang ditawarkan sangat terjangkau dan kebersihannya terjaga dengan baik. Namun, hotel ini tidak menyediakan kulkas. Kamar yang kami tempati berada di bagian belakang dan suasananya cukup hening. Hanya saja, hotel ini tidak menyediakan lemari es.

The property is small and unappealing as a hotel, but it exceeds my expectations. The property is clean, if i were to classify it based on its interior, it would be like a threestar hotel. The mattress is exceptional. I was alone and booked a single room, but they provided me with two pillows, which i appreciated because i used to sleep with one additional pillow to hug. The toilet and shower room are very clean, like a fourstar hotel. They also have toiletries and disposable slippers. The receptionist at the time was very helpful. They have free bottled water and a hot and cold water dispenser along the hallway. The rate is very affordable, and the location is great as it is close to the airport. The internet speed is very fast, which helped me work remotely. For me, the property is exceptional and recommendable.

Best experience. I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff is accommodating, the kuya guard is always smiling. The room is clean and the most important thing is the price. They dont have a kitchen but they provide breakfast if you want to order. The receptionist helped me find a nearby restaurant or fast food close to the hotel too. Keep up the good work. Inn de avenida.

Overall, it is highly recommended for travelers looking for proximity to the city and malls. The location and rooms are of great value. The staff are helpful and friendly which is good for me.

Saya sangat puas menginap disini. Lokasi hotel bersih dan suasananya nyaman. Namun, fasilitas AC sudah tua dan berisik. Tidak terdapat kulkas dan lift. Selain itu, tidak ada keluhan sama sekali. Tidak ada keluhan sama sekali.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di daerah pinggiran Makati. Jika bukan karena lokasinya, hotel ini bisa diterima, namun Anda tidak akan dapat beristirahat dan bersantai disana. Hotel ini terletak di pinggiran Makati, alih-alih kawasan kaya modern, Anda akan mendapatkan semua "kenikmatan" dari kesengsaraan Filipina. Para tunawisma terus tidur di pintu masuk hotel. Baunya seperti urin sepanjang waktu. Sangat sulit untuk tidur di kamar karena jendelanya menghadap ke jalan raya, sehingga suara mobil yang sangat kuat di siang dan malam. Jika bukan karena lokasinya, hotel ini dapat diterima, tetapi Anda tidak akan dapat beristirahat dan bersantai di sana.

Id give 3 stars for a onenight stay. 1 star for 2 or more nights. Stayed here a few nights while waiting for visas to another country. I would recommend it only for 1 or 2 nights. They do warn about noise. Its amazing. My phone app told me it averaged 70 decibels all day with highs of 85. The lowest it got in 4 days a night was 60. Its constant horns, trains, trucks, shouting. Its really amazing and will drive you crazy over time. Apart from that, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, wifi is good, and the air conditioning is good. A shame about the noise because all of these things are rare in hotels in the philippine. The nearby italian restaurant, rudolfo, is great.

Lokasinya berada di kawasan tua di sebelah jalan yang penuh dengan sari. Jika ingin makan di pinggir jalan, jika lebih suka tempat yang lebih modern, ada beberapa waralaba makanan cepat saji yang berjarak 100 meter. Pintu masuknya tidak terlihat seperti hotel. Sulit bagi saya untuk menemukannya, mengapa saya datang berjalan, tetapi di dalamnya sangat bagus dan sangat bersih, memiliki segalanya, kamar mandi bagus, AC, TV kabel, tempat tidur besar dan pembuat kopi dengan kopi dan teh jika Anda menginginkan sesuatu, harga terjangkau, harus dua lantai untuk masuk hotel, tidak ada lift, banyak kebisingan dari kendaraan yang lewat di sebelahnya di jalan besar, tidak kedap suara.

I would stay here again if i were to ever come. I stayed in the 999 couple room for 8 hours. It was quite comfortable. They had a twin bed, a spacious and clean bathroom with a water heater and basic amenities, decent wifi, and a working tv with internet. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the building is next to the highway and is constantly noisy. I booked through their provided number, and they were very responsive and respectful. They responded to me within 5-10 minutes. I didnt pay anything for the reservation. We only paid for the 999 in advance at the reception.

Kamarnya rapi dan bersih, terletak di sudut Makti dan Pasay, tidak jauh dari kota Makti dan bandara. Wifi-nya cepat, air panasnya cukup panas, harganya masuk akal, dan secara keseluruhan sangat nyaman. Hanya AC-nya agak bising, jadi malamnya saya matikan. Selain itu, setelah memesan kamar, pihak hotel menulis untuk memberi tahu saya bahwa akan sedikit bising karena dekat dengan jalan utama, tetapi pengalaman hidup sebenarnya dapat diterima. Saya merekomendasikan semua orang untuk datang dan menginap!

Highly recommended! With free water, tissue, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towel, and helpful staff (haang ganda ni receptionist) and one ride to moa, along edsa. Clean, spacious, quiet, with free water, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towel, and friendly staff.

Secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja, tetapi hati-hati dengan lokasinya karena berada di sepanjang Edsa sehingga akan berisik. Juga cukup jauh dari pusat perbelanjaan. Saya memesan melalui aplikasi hotel dan menulis ulasan saya, semuanya baik-baik saja.
