Isle be back Catanduanes Staycation - Moonwalk

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Check in Time is 11:00AM & Check-out Time is 9:00AM. Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the Host/Manager.
2. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Management reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
3. No unregistered guest/s are allowed.
4. Eating and drinking in bedroom is strictly prohibited.
5. Please observe Noise curfew. Karaoke hours up to 10PM only.
6. Deposit Policy: A cash incidental deposit of P1,000.00 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
7. A Php300.00 charge for stains in bedsheet, matress, pillows & etc.
8. The Management reserves the right to send guests away from the Homestay due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Management, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger the other guest & the management.
9. Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the accommodation at any point of time.
10. Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the unit.
11. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 8 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if cancelation happens during 1 week before arrival. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
12. A Php300.00 charge applies if the door key was lost.
13. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, as a deep cleaning surcharge of Php5,000.00 per day will be applied.
14. The liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation charges.
15. Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of original booking.
16. Guests should ensure that their room door is properly secure at all times. Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.
17. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items during their stay or any internal/external areas of the unit.
18. Guest do so at their own risk and that Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.
19. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not the Host responsibility to advise prior to arrival.
20. Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the unit premises.
21. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
22. The Host reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should guest cancel any nights from its originally intended length of stay.
23. The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by post.
24. Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all to present upon check-in.
25. I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the Isle Be Back Catanduanes Staycation and agree to abide by them.
