My son and i are currently staying at hotel jen and are on our fifth day of the mandatory hotel quarantine today. Very comfortable stay so far! Smooth booking experience. Thank you, ms clara and mr. Sonny, for your prompt responses and detailed emails. Efficient and clean shuttle service. Thank you, mr. Spencer, for patiently waiting for us at the airport. Excellently comfortable stay. Thank you, ma'am lily, for the room upgrade, smooth checkin, and for preparing my dinner at 1 am. The food service is excellent, serving a generous amount of and different types of food every day. Efficient housekeeping service too. Comfort, efficiency, and hospitality at its best.

Would definitely return to this hotel! Fantastic hotel! We found this to be an excellent deal between the service, morning buffet, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. There was a great deal of cleanliness and order, and we had a great time. My wifes birthday was made unforgettable by the staffs friendliness. Although the pool area was a little lacking, the club lounge on the 19th floor was fantastic, and we spent the majority of our time there.

Even though i havent used some of their amenities, i was quite happy with my stay here. Maybe next time when i have enough time. The atmosphere is fantastic. With so many options for breakfast, it is satisfying. Additionally, there is a coffee shop, a rooftop pool, and security. Their welcoming personnel are a plus for me.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the view of the sunset. Thank you. Jen. For taking care of us.

In terms of hospitality, this is one of the best hotels in the city of manila. The beds were excellent, the view was breathtaking, the hotel was wellmaintained, and the staff was outstanding. Its a plus that their wifi was good for remote work because we had to work the entire time we were there. We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time!.

Upon arrival in manila, my mother, elen, stayed at hotel jen for her quarantine requirements, and she thoroughly enjoyed every moment. It felt more like a vacation than a quarantine, she said. The hotel organized airport transfers, which were also very smooth and professional. The room was very clean, and the staff at every point were kind and courteous. And the food! Wow! All meals were included, and each meal was delicious and large. My mother said she frequently struggled to finish her meals because the servings were so large. Thank you for your kindness during my mothers stay. The next time i visit manila, ill definitely stay there.

Our family stayed here on our first day in manila. After a long flight and airport security, seeing a security scanner in front of our hotel was a bit disappointing, but the security team at hotel jalan quickly put my worries at ease. They were courteous to our family and treated our belongings with care and i felt secure as guests. The hotel lobby was immaculate and the staff were kind, knowledgeable and made checkin easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a pretty good view of the bay. The hotel is on a busy street and there are many places to get food and snacks almost anywhere. Overall our stay at hotel jalan nambo was a great way to rest after a long flight and start our stay in the philippines.

The online reservation and booking process was smooth and simple. The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staff were alert and helpful, including security guards, bellboy, room service, and concierge. The pool area was relaxing. We appreciate you making our stay enjoyable and unique.

The location is really nice, and the lobby is spacious. The hotel is welllit. The rooms are also very spacious to accommodate 2 queen beds and still have plenty of space to move around. Have led tv, lots of outlets to plug in your phone and laptop. The restroom is also spacious. I wont forget the scent of the toiletries, which smells good, like expensive perfumes. Their buffet has lots of options too! The only thing missing that i notice and my niece had a hard time finding pancakes. But everything else is great!.

We had never had a hotel staycation before. And it was one of the best memories we had as a family. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, especially in the lounge area where the food is delicious. What we liked most was the free cocktail sunset food, unlimited coffee for my husband and my son, and juice for him while enjoying the sunset. We will definitely book again here soon. The breakfast buffet is good. Room service food is ok but limited in variety. The hotel has a nearby 711 so you can get whatever you need. High tea and cocktails were also good, fresh food served at a fixed time. I love the service because the staff caters to your needs right away. The hotel also has a great view of the ccp complex which is nice.

A place that stood up to the test of time. I recently went to the metro and reserved this hotel. As long as the rooms, halls, and lobby are spacious, i personally prefer older properties. Marble floors are always something grand about them compared to tiled floors, especially since marble ages well. It was a good thing that this is still the case here. The carpeted floors appeared to be wellmaintained, and the toilet fixtures are fairly new. The customer service was excellent, and i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The location is central, with plenty of taxis and easy booking through grab. 2 thumbs up and highly recommended.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and professional. The parking lot on the side is not so good. The room was a good size and had all the amenities. A small book or brochure about the hotel and surrounding areas is expected but not in the room. The carpeting is getting old. I prefer an enclosed shower.

The staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating. The young lady who checked me in as well as the front desk manager were very professional and attentive to my needs. The concierge was always polite and courteous. The cleaner always did a great job in my room. Thank you to nollie at the pool for his excellent service. The only issue i believe needs to be addressed is the hallway and room carpeting. They need replacement. Also, the exterior structure when looking up at the hotel from the pool area is alarming with large pieces of cracked or broken concrete.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the staffs friendliness. Just a few minor improvements i wish the hair dryer was in the bathroom and more lights in the mirror for makeup application. This one has no influence over the hotel - the construction of a building next door is ongoing by the poolside. If we do come back, hopefully it will be finished by that time.

The 15 th floor executive suite faces starcity amusement park. The room has a nice view and is spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that i could hear conversations easily because the connecting door to another room was too noisy. If not, its worth spoiling yourself here.

I appreciate the promptness of the staff, from the counter to the restaurant to the housekeeping. I appreciate the politeness of the staff. The security guards are very accommodating and facilitate services such as taxis to bring us to the airport. I also like the food. The hotel accommodation and facilities are excellent.

I can state with certainty that our stay and family event were enjoyable. It was undoubtedly perfect, and there are still hopes that may be enhanced and extended. However, our experience is positive. As an event organizer myself, i can confidently say that some of my planning elements were met. Congratulations to hotel jens management, and i want to highlight the banquet team, which served the food and assisted all of our guests.

Excellent experience, i heartily endorse this hotel. The hotel is wellkept and cleaned, the staff is friendly, and security makes sure the location is secure. Excellent views of the bay area and the nearby amusement park. We had a minor issue booking a second room, but they gave us a room the hotel staff hadnt cleaned yet. However, we were promptly transferred to a different room and given club access on the top floor. Its proximity to the airport was also a plus.
