1.) Please respect our property/listing. We do our best to provide you the best customer experience during your stay. This an extension of our home to our guests.
8.) Please turn off the AC when going out and after checking out but don't unplug it.
5.) We expect our guests to clean our kitchen especially after using it. The cleaning fee is not for cleaning the mess after your stay. It is for keeping our place in good condition as part of our maintenance.

9.) Standard check in time is 2pm on most of our listings and check out time is 10am. We expect our guests to be mindful, considerate and will check out on time. Please coordinate with the host for any concern.
