I stayed at your hotel from March to April 2018. I'm a sizable Saviour Camille from Malt. I want to thank all the employees and management for the greatest service I've ever received at the La Anchor Hotel, including the security guards and the restaurant. Everyone was really kind and gave me the most wonderful treatment possible during my stay there. I stayed in room 408 and also the room cleaners were very good. My room was immaculate and was daily clean. Thank you all so much for a fantastic stay at your hotel. I couldn't have asked for more. I truly can't express how grateful I am to all the staff at your hotel for my wonderful stay at your hotel, and the complimentary internet was amazing. I would not have been happier if I remained in another hotel, at the hotel La Anchor, everything was perfect, especially the staff who worked there were so fantastic. The hotel is in the city center, in a good location and easily accessible by public transportation. Mercury drug store, 711, restaurants, and paisans are just around the corner. The hotel room is large and clean, the staff is courteous, and the room has street views. So the air quality in the room is good. There is a water dispenser on every floor that provides free hot and cold drinking water for its customers. The internet connection is strong and free. Aircorn is cool. It has a shower. Nice hotel to stay at.

I expected basic services for the cost. My family stayed in a suitable family room. The price included a plated breakfast. Few toiletries were also included. However, the location is truly a plus. We strolled to San Pedro cathedral, People's Park, Pasalubong Center, Altevinco, night market, and many restaurants. The receptionist gave suggestions for places to visit. When we arrived earlier than checkin, they also looked after our luggage. The hotel is clean and the price is really affordable. It was good that we were warned of the wifi issue when we brought our own Wi-Fi device. Other than that, no issues.
