1. Due to limited parking space, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis; if the parking area is full, the property will assist you in parking next door, the parking fee will be covered by the property based on the number of rooms booked, please note that one (1) room covers parking for one (1) car only, and if you bring more than one vehicle, the additional parking fee will be shouldered by the guest. 2. Check-in Requirements: Guests must present their booking confirmation and valid government-issued IDs for all occupants. If the booker is not present, a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) with a copy of their valid ID is required. 3. Incidental Deposit: A PHP 1,500 incidental deposit per room is required upon check-in, payable in cash only, and is refundable after room inspection. 4. Occupancy Policy: Rooms are for registered guests only. Additional guests are subject to approval and corresponding fees. 5. Visitor Policy: Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms. Meetings may be held in designated public areas only. 6. Smoking Policy: The property enforces a strict no-smoking policy. A PHP 10,000 cleaning fee will apply for violations. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. 7. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. A PHP 10,000 cleaning fee will apply for violations. 8. Food Policy: Outside food is generally not allowed, except for guests with dietary restrictions or when the restaurant is closed. Food must be properly packed, non-odorous, and consumed inside the room only. Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited. 9. Prohibited Items/Activities: Firearms, flammable materials, speakers, videoke, and drones are not allowed. Violations may result in eviction without refund. 10. Airport Transfer: Please note that we do not offer airport transfer services. 11. Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
