• No grilling or cooking of food with foul odor
• No smoking or vaping
• No loud music or partying
• No hanging of clothes/towels in the balcony
• Towels can't be used in the pool area
• Please don’t stain our towels, bedsheets or pillowcase
• Wash all dishes and utensils before checking-out
• Please collect and throw all your trash near the service elevator
• Lost or unreturned key/access card will be charged
• Report any damages immediately

No cleaning fee is charged in this booking so please:
- CLAYGO (Clean as you go), this applies to kitchen and dining utensils for faster preparation time for our next guests.
- Cleaning fee only applies if you don't want to wash the dishes and for an excessively dirty room upon check out. Cleaning charge: P1,000

- No pets left unattended
- Only small breeds are allowed
- Wear diaper if possible
- Pets not allowed in the pool area
- Sweep off any hair and dispose pet waste in the trash bin
- Any damages inside the unit will be shouldered by the guest
