La Soledad, Tagaytay

1. Check-in 2:00 PM Check-out 12:00 NN. Late checkout will be charged P1,000 per hour and depends on availability. If you checkout later than 3pm, this will be considered as another day charge, (7k for daytrip until 5pm).
2. This is an exclusive resort, there are no other guests beside you. Please note that the comfortable sleeping capacity of the resort is only up to 20 pax. We charge 250/head in excess of 20 pax for the use of facilities.
3. To comply with the city ordinance karaoke is strictly upto 10pm only. Quiet Time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, all guest are asked to refrain from any loud behavior or disturbances during this period. All music must be lowered down.
4. There is no Lifeguard so swim at your own risk. Management will not be responsible for any incident that may happen.
5.Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of your belongings during your stay.
6. Please shower before entering the pool and wear proper swimming attire. No eating in the pool area.
7. We provide kitchen utensils, plates, rice cooker, microwave, water dispenser, ihawan / grill (bring uling).
8. We provide free drinking water. We charge 300php for LPG gas if you need to cook.
9. We don't provide soaps, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towels and other essentials so please bring your own. We can provide bath towels upon request for an extra charge of 50 per towel.
10. We have available wifi connection but wifi signal strength is dependent on our ISP provider and is not guranteed.
11. Undeclared guests and sneak-in is not allowed and will be charged accordingly.
12. Guests shall do their dishes, cooking laundry, cleaning, etc. We don't provide any helpers. Please maintain cleanliness of the place. 15. The use of pavilion and karaoke area is already included in the resort rate. However, use of pavilion for big events with catering and program will have additional charge of 10k.
13. We charge 250 per pet, allowed pets are the small breed dogs and should be potty trained. They are not allowed in the beddings and pool.
