The staff, especially girlie at the reception, were excellent. Very resourceful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast restaurant was good. There is also a great pool area. Location is in the center of el nido town. If you want to be right in front of the action, this is great. Overall, i would recommend it.

I would have given this 4.5 to 5.0 stars, except for a few shortcomings. First, my flight was delayed by an hour and no one was there to greet me at the airport even though i emailed them letting them know about the delay ten hours before the pickup. Every other passenger was picked up and he was left waiting at reception at his airport. Second, the hot tub was colder than the pool and the person said it was as hot as it gets, so if its not hygienic, ill assume it isnt shabby. There was rooster smell in the elevator, but the hotel tried to fix it by changing the floor (someone might have thrown it there before ive arrived). Despite the issue, we would stay here again because the location was close enough to walk to downtown elfido, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging boat tours and adding costs to the room.

The property stands out in terms of aesthetics. We were given a lovely modern room on the top floor with tastier views and dazzling balconies. The infinity pool was really nice, and the loungers served us some tasty cocktails. Breakfast was good, but some juices wouldnt be great. I appreciated the welcome freebies and how attentive the waiters were to our dietary needs. They were very accommodating and friendly, making sure we felt at ease during our stay. Wifi was excellent. Without denying it, we would return.

Hotel ini memiliki lingkungan yang baik. Terdapat banyak restoran di dekatnya. Terdapat supermarket besar dalam jarak tiga- lima menit berjalan kaki, dan pantai berjarak tujuh- delapan menit berjalan kaki. Hal ini membuat pengalaman menginap menjadi sangat nyaman.

The staff here are amazing and do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The rooms are really good and they have the best showers ive ever had in the philippines. All their food at the restaurant whether it was the free breakfast buffet or regular lunch and dinner was great. We had a 5 am drive to Puerto Princesa on our last day and we were even prepared t utensils as we would miss breakfast. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

I cant express how much i appreciate them for their excellent service and cuisine, especially breakfast. The place is fantastic both day and night. Its fantastic. All of the staff members are extremely accommodating and friendly. Every need was met. Worth the price.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are comfortable. The pool area is very nice. But this is the least vegetarianfriendly hotel ive been to. There are no options at all, they dont even have plantbased milk. Breakfast is only fruit and black coffee.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. Its peaceful and nice. There is a large tv, good air conditioning, and i like the rooftop pool with b&b views. I came here because ive changed from an old hotel that was terrible to this one, which offered me calming, clean,and incredibly comfortable bed.

We spent four nights and five days there. Each room required a 100 usd security deposit because we reserved two rooms. When we arrived from Puerto Princesa at 10 p. M., they welcomed us with welcome drinks and necklaces. The hotel and the Puerto princese el Nido transportation service were also used to schedule our island hopping excursions. Both the personnel and ourselves were friendly and accommodating. Although there werent many storage areas for clothes or personal belongings in the rooms, there was fortunately i had gotten one. It was challenging to find if you could hang wet clothing from the beach, but we managed. Clean and cozy accommodations were provided! Every day, the breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. While the rooftop pool was also tranquil and offered sweeping views of the city, it was too cold in evenings because it didnt have heated water yet. Since it is within walking distance from downtown, this location was ideal. By tricycle, its also less than ten minutes from los cabanas as well. Overall, we had an excellent time at the lagun hotel, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others!.

The rooms are unquestionably serviceable, but for a luxury hotel, they are sparse. There is only one towel per person, and there are no hand or wash towels. Before they give you reissued towels, you must hand them over. To check out tan towels or swimsuits, there is merely ONE card provided. We had to ask the staff to open the safe with their key ring because it was too small for our laptop and the batteries died. Our room key kept malfunctioning. When wet, the tile floors are extremely slippery, so they only provide one tiny floor mat for the room. The remote controls failed to work, which caused our ceiling fan to fail. Wifi was practically nonexistent. Even trying to use streaming or zoom calls was impossible. It is in pristine condition, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floor. Due to its central location, either of the beaches or requiring ten minutes to walk or take opulent trike costs 100 pesos. Every morning, we cherished the breakfast that was provided by us. In the hot afternoons when the pool was accessible, it made for an excellent time. The location is very nice. They allowed us to stay in the pool past closing since we arrived late and we really appreciated that. Great waterfall shower and a solid breakfast buffet. I will come back.

The location was 5 minutes walk to poblacion, where you can find a variety of food options and places to hang out. Corong, the public market, and transportation terminals are also 5 minute walk away. They serve utensils for breakfast and provide towels that you may bring with you on your trips outside the hotel or when using the pool. Just remember to keep them in mind to avoid any additional fees. The service was excellent. Staff pays attention to detail and provides the same service to both locals and foreigners alike. I dropped my urn and was immediately given i had to call them attention or get up to get remuneration. Our room was large and clean. After an exhausting island hopping, we were welcomed with new sets of towels and linens. While they cleaned up the room, they were very careful not to touch anyones belongings as they did. Wifi was cutting in and out, but we werent here to disconnect, so it wasnt an issue. Simply switch on the internet if you need it. The room is spacious and pleasant. The front desk was responsible for keeping you safe. Great location, however, the rooms lack soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear someone banging next door.

My kids and i visited here last august. We had a great time. The hotel design is really soothing and the layout is lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Dinner was served in the restaurant. Breakfast was always different, ive loved the simplicity and an omelet station. I also celebrated my brothers birthday and everyone made it very special. Thank you to everyone. Made our trip and experience very memorable. Will definitely come back here for our next trip to the philippines.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the main part of town. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. I particularly liked the atmosphere of the lobby. Moreover, the rooms were spacious and wellappointed. Additionally, there was a fantastic shower. Wifi functioned perfectly, and there is tastier rack for damp clothing. Overall, i would definitely choose to stay here again.
