The room is not very good, there is no table, only one chair, the tv is flat and small cr), but the staff are very approachable. They always greet you and smile. Overall, its a great accommodation if you just want to rest and explore in malacca.

The staff is very friendly, always smiling and always helpful. The room is clean. There are only two problems we had the air conditioner can only stay on 16 degrees. Its a bit too cold. And the fridge cant freeze. But other than that great stay for cheap!.

I stayed for about a month and had countless wonderful conversations with the staff and locals in the area! Very friendly and considering their abilities (laundry machines are not as common here in many countries as in other nations) they do their best to keep the rooms clean and tidy! I am not prone to germ allergies, so i have nothing but positive things to say about it. Continental breakfast is great, but if they could increase their revenue and also improve service by renovating the dining/kitchen area to resemble an inhouse restaurant with ten dishes and offering launch and dinner, ill definitely give it 5 stars!.

If i visit the area, ill most certainly make another reservation here. Your budgetfriendly lodging is located in the center of everything you need to process your official and legal documents as well as do some leisure activities. The absence of an elevator can be challenging to reach higher floor levels, but this can easily be overlooked because the facility makes up for everything else. When you ask for assistance, the staff is courteous and responsive, basic toiletries are provided, there is a safe, and bottled water is accessible. Above all, its amazing how one can get incredibly spacious, clean, welllit, or wellheated room in manila for such hardly any money!.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Ate Ritchie assisted us with everything we needed, from cooking breakfast every day to helping us secure a taxi and finding local attractions. The housekeeping was topnotch, the rooms were kept clean and refreshed daily. There was great air conditioning in the room itself, huge windows, brightly colored walls. This will be my first stop when i visit manhattan next time. Strongly advised. Because the hotel has steep stairs to reach all of its rooms, it may not be ideal for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun MRT. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, tempatnya bersih. Sayangnya tidak ada lift. Jika Anda mendapatkan kamar di lantai atas, Anda harus naik tangga. Resepsionis muda dan cukup ramah. Sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan, fasilitas standar hotel Filipina. Untuk lokasi di sini cukup strategis, tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun MRT.

I paid for an hourlong early checkin when i arrived early. The breakfast was only passable, and the wifi was unreliable. However, the room was clean, had friendly staff, was wellmaintained, offered good service, provided access to public transport.

I heartily suggest this place. Very helpful and polite personnel, especially to emanuel, who has a big smile and is quite courteous. With an electric kettle and tv, the room is cozy and spotless. Although there isnt an elevator, they will undoubtedly assist you in bringing your belongings upstairs. Excellent location at incredibly affordable.
