The Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !!

Have I been here for a wedding? Don. The room is not particularly clean. Toilet odor. I had to clean it myself. No rags or floor mats. Shower full of mold. I believe there is a lack of maintenance here. I suppose they simply change the bedding after a guest checks out. Luckily no scent on the blankets, pillows, not quite. Door locks are really difficult to lock. To be clear, room 107, to be specific. Be careful with complaints. No closet. In short, there is nowhere to put your things, rather than on the floor with your luggage. However, there is a sizable space in the room. Excellent accessibility to the location. A brief ride from the mall. When we arrived, there was a complimentary bottle of water, but you must request it the following day. You must ask because they didnt refill it every day. P 160 for each plate for breakfast. It tastes fine for me. I order Corned beef and tape Langganisa. I like their rice because it is so sticky. Toiletries are available. Towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Overall cleanliness problem.

The service is great, as is typical of the Phillipines. However, hotel construction as it is built and cleaned as it is cleaned, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone unless at least some of the biggest problems are resolved, which actually most likely wouldn't cost so much. First, there was no wardrobe in the room, so no place to put clothes. This is amazing because the rooms are huge and constructing a mere wardrobe can not be that expensive. Second, there doesn't appear to be any cleaning on the weekend. This is astonishing because the rooms are large, and building a wardrobe isn't that expensive. Second, cleaning appears to be on weekends. This is insufficient considering the cost of a single room because the shower is moldy, bed sheets are dirty, and mirror in the room dirty. Again, I cannot believe that this was a delicate act by the staff, but this is caused by the general cost saving policy in the construction and administration of the hotel. But the changes in these do not change the fact that the air conditioning in the rooms is old and laud and even if I shouted it down, I could hear it from the other rooms, making it very hard to sleep. This was the final stroke, why for the first time in my life, I chose to leave a hotel that I already paid and switch to another. Big 8, which was more expensive, but met European

We were there for a sports event and the room is nice and spacious. Room cleaning is on request. Despite not being in the city center and not the route of public transportation, the receptionist is always accommodating and I appreciate it very much as we came in as a large group. You can ask the receptionist to hail a tricycle. Also ordered breakfast from fast food chains and they helped us to do so.

internet tokens did not work so used staff admin codes then ok-room wasn't cleaned every day unless you asked-not always tea , coffee and creamer available or back toilet roll

Service is really good. Downside is there are ants in the room which can be quite annoying, make sure you don't have any food laying around. I love that the garage is right under the room, very easy access and it's helpful when it's raining. Very close to the Gaisano Mall which has fast food restaurants.

Tell room was nice but no hot water in the shower no water pressure in the shower and the shower itself was just hanging on the wall broke the floor was so dirty that when you walked on it barefoot the bottom of your foot was dirty and the power kept going on and off two or three times each night not for very long but every night it did and when they clean the room sometimes they forgot towels so we had to call up and get some brought to us

It's a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Everything was fine: the AC, the shower, TV, the matress was a bit hard but it's ok for one night. The major negative point here is the cleanness of the room. The bed and the sheets were fine but there was dust on the floor in the corners of the room, the mirrors were dirty. The staff was cooperative.

I stay in hotel twice, but the second time when I checked in one of the worker as housekeeping had gave me a very bad experience and bed attitude, for two days no clean service,when I want to the front office to ask for service the person was there sitting at the lobby and he just give a mean attitude and walk off , the next day in the morning when I saw him had gave me a attitude even I said good morning to him, I don’t feel safe in this hotel when they have worker like this! Not going back or recommend to anyone to stay in hotel. He skipped to clean my room in purpose in first day the next day when I asked for service he just walked off, and other person come to clean my room in the afternoon,

Bezeichnung Hotel ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer und Toilette bei Anreise nicht gereinigt (schlechter Geruch), auch später kein Zimmerservice. Kein Restaurant. Coffe shop ohne Kaffee-Auswahl. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption nahm Mittagsschlaf.
