When you’re in the property, it’s really nice. Once you step out, the beach is beautiful but really crowded. If you want fewer people and more privacy, go to Station 1. If you like the crowd and easy access to restaurants, this is the perfect spot to stay.

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was excellent—just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the nightly music, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere each evening. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We definitely enjoyed out short stay with Mandarin Bay Resort to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Checked in early - waiting time was reasonable within the hour we were in. Special mention to Grace as she assisted and welcomed us - also arranged a suprise for my wife on her special day which was really thoughtful of her and the housekeeping team. I truly recommend their breakfast buffet and dinner as well. Beach with white sand is just a step away from the rear. Pool was great for both adults and kids. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Walking distance from Station 2 establishments too. Will definitely go back in the future. Thank you Mandarin Bay!

The Manadarin staff meeting us at the airport to take us to the dock were very courteous and provided great customer service! As well as the Captain of the boat and his crew. The hotel staff received us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! They provided quality customer service! The room attendant kept our room cleaned and stocked! The pool staff also greeted us with a smile as well as the bar staff! All the la Fiesta restaurant staff greeted us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! Mr. John Mar provided outstanding customer service!! He is very attentive to all his customers. He ensured our coffee lattes we're replenished. He also brought fruits and fresh fruit drinks to out table. He is a fine representative and asset to the the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. This is our second time staying at the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. We have recommended this hotel to our family and friends and they too have stayed at this h beautiful Hotel!!

We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊

We arrived to the hotel to be welcomed by drummers which made our arrival special. We booked a premier room for 2 nights, as we wanted to stay in a nice hotel at the end of our holiday. To our surprise the hotel upgraded us to a massive junior suite was amazing! The breakfast was good and the coffee they served with breakfast was the best we had out of 5 hotels we stayed during our visit in the Philippines. This hotel is world class. The staff work very hard to keep everything nice. The breakfast is wonderful. It had a wide variety of items, something for everyone. The room was very clean. The location is excellent - easy access to the beach and everything you'd want to see in Boracay. The room was nice sized. The only two down points - there was a funky mildew smell when every time we first entered the room. I think with the high humidity and being next to the ocean this is nearly impossible to eliminate. The pool atrium does have some noise. It's managable but not silent either.

Stayed for 4 nights, and the service and amenities were amazing. The whole staff were pleasant and very welcoming. We absolutely have nothing negative to comment about. Overall the hotel was a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this place to those who want perfect service, food, cleanliness and hospitality.
