Late check out charge of P500 until 4 pm, 4pm onwards, late check out charge will be the 1 day room rate charge.
The housekeeping will entertain the guest.
Valid ID's and Vaccination Cards are required upon check in. Non-Vaccinated guests are not allowed to check in.
A Security Deposit of Php 1,000.00 is required upon check in.
Toiletries like soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided.
For hygiene purposes, we suggest you bring your own tumbler.
Additional person, Stained linens and damages will have corresponding charges.
We don't have extra bed and linens
For lost and stolen key cards please notify the housekeeping immediately. Lost key card will be charged Php 250.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING. A fine of Php 1000.00 shall be applied for the violation of this rule.
Guests shared access are the lobby, pantry and elevator

Our highest priority is the safety of our guests and staff. As we are facing this pandemic, we strongly remind you to be aware, be alert and follow these health protocols:
--Wear masks properly and all the time, it keeps us all safe.
--Maintain the acceptable temperature.
--Maintain social distance.
--Always wash hands with soap & water, alcohol and/or hand sanitizer.
--Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth if you haven't washed your hands.
--Proper sneezing and coughing etiquette.

No Mask, No Vaccination Card, No Entry policy will be applied for everyone's safety. We also made sure that the rooms and common areas are clean and sanitized before you check in.

Our housekeeping will only be available from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm only. Please book your rooms 1-2 days before so we will have time to prepare the rooms for you.

--Since we are still facing this pandemic, we strongly advise that visitors are not allowed. This is also for the safety of the tenants, guests and our staff.

--Before booking and confirming your booking, please double check the date and rooms you want to book to avoid problems/ hassle.
