An amazing overall experience. Beautiful and well maintained grounds, comfortable rooms, peaceful surroundings. The staff made every effort to make our stay memorable. Everyone from Benjie (manager), Maryjo, Lorna, Evalyn, Faith, Jennifer, Rubelyn, Mia, the wonderful cooks who made delicious meals, Mitch the diving instructor and Aries—- many thanks for your kind attention to the smallest of details. Your kindness and compassion for my handicapped brother and accommodating our challenging requests did not go unappreciated. I highly recommend visiting this little slice of heaven. We’ll definitely be back.

Check in was swift and easy. The staff was sure to inform me of all the details concerning our stay. From breakfast through dinner the food choices were perfect. We would definitely return.

This is the place to be if you want peace, a beautiful sunset, and simply to meet genuine people. We arrived earlier than expected and the front desk was helpful and let us check in early without any issues, they provided us with information about what was offered by the resort at the time and the staff, dive master, boat crew, I have to say is outstanding. We tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and had no complaints here each was served in the right proportions and simply delicious. This is the place to be if youre searching for peace, a beautiful sunset, and simply meeting real people. I shall return with much gratitude to all of you who work at Nebula Beach and the dive resort, keep up the good work.

Beautiful beach, lovely resort, and friendly staff, but service is still to be improved. There are a lot of areas for improvement in upkeep and upkeep, and despite low occupancy and plenty of free and chattering time from the staff, no effort was made. Both pools weren't appealing because they probably hadn't been cleaned in a while, and restaurant service was non-existent. Orders were usually good, but it took a long time to arrive. There was no coffee or water kettle in the room, not even in the master suite. The shower gel shampoo from Sari shop in sachets is the room's basic amenities. The dive guide was incredibly welcoming and attentive during the dives, however, there was no briefing, no explanation of the dive site and what to anticipate, and no buddy check initiated. He appeared to be a little brand new in his abilities and not fully qualified, so he was only just beginning. The massage was the best we'd had in a very long time, and wifi was weak.

I visited this place with my family on February 7, 2020. The place has a good location and it's clean and well-maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful. The food we have here is good, and the prices we pay are reasonable.

The comfortable rooms are facing a lovely garden or the ocean. The beds have good mattresses, white linen, and nice towels. The lighting in the rooms is good for reading. Fish, meat, and vegetables are fresh. Chocolate cake is excellent. Everything is homemade and tastes good. Dive equipment and diving instructors are right there. Two pools are available for swimmers and children of all ages. Thank you friendly staff, well come back!!A smart decision!

The food and serving size was fair for the price. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms could be updated and repaired and the pools were in poor condition unfortunately.

The conditions of our decision to reserve nebula beach dive resort are very different from what I see in the photos on the internet, however, after we check out the pool, the pool was not clean. We also saw that the chemicals we ordered did not arrived. On the last day, we had to switch our towels, which were already so dirty. A new room with a cable connection and better towels was given by the nice staff. Even though the beach is very bad, it's safe and clean to swim. The flora was very nice with a very peaceful and serene environment.... When the weather is starting to start to move. I. E. If a large local government unit group has not booked the same days, they will have to make a reservation for the same day. I. E. If a large local government unit group has not booked the same days you have. It's not a great resort for conferences and meetings. However, the personnel were friendly, so I wouldn't change my poor evaluation.

This is a nice place to relax. Not a lot 2 do, so if stating busy with activities is your thing, this is not for you. The rooms are clean, but maintenance would make it more enjoyable. Simple things such as tightening a screw to keep a lamp together or adjusting the shower door to roll. This type of preventative maintenance would help the wear and tear overall. Pool maintenance would be nice also. Simple things like this is what brings guest back. The food and its service was better this year than in prior years. I believe this was because there were more guests . Billing can be much improved. We caught several errors. A final note would be that it would be nice if there was a dedicated area for smokers. Its not pleasant for those who dont smoke to be subject to it while eating. Overall its a nice quiet place to relax. To justify the higher costs of this resort, maintenance in roons and grounds must be done for return trips.

We had a very relaxing time, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful despite the construction happening at the time. The food was delicious and the staff very graciously accommodated our changed plans, we only wish we knew about the complimentary breakfast. The room was perfect for us and the beach and pool areas were great hang-out times.

Of the friendly staff Bebing (food & beverage) was the friendliest. Her service offset the friendly but somewhat unconfident demeanor of the reception staff. The food, kinda pricey but reasonable for resort standards, was delicious & had good portions.
