➤ Check IN Guidelines

— Check In: from 3:00 PM onwards
– free until 9PM, past that time would include an additional 500 PHP fee

— Check Out: No later than 12 noon

Our housekeepers are scheduled to work only until 6 PM — we can alter their work hours to be until 9 PM. However, if you would be arriving past that time, our housekeepers may still assist you for an additional late check in fee of 500 PHP. This would cover the cost of their meal and transportation at night when there's shortage of public transportation. Full payment shall be given directly to our housekeeper, in cash.

— We expect only the total number of guests declared on your DIRECT/ONLINE reservation. Hence, set up of linens are based on the number of expected guests staying overnight. Only registered guests approved by the condo admin will be permitted to enter the unit.

✔ We do not have a parking space at the moment. Taking a car is discouraged as there's no overnight parking in the condo or anywhere nearby. Taking a Grab car, angkas, joyride are convenient alternatives.

➤ Guidelines During your Stay

— Pets are not allowed in our property.

— NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AND IN COMMON AREAS INSIDE THE CONDO. Anyone caught by the security smoking will be in violation of the condo rules and is subject to a hefty fine.

— Practice courtesy and respect. Keep music/audio/chattering to a moderate level that will not bother the neighbors. It is imperative to keep in mind to maintain music/movies/chattering to a reasonable level that will not bother the neighbors or other residents.

— We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our on-call housekeeper will prepare and be required to travel from a distant location.

— Conserve energy and resources. Make sure to turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from shower nor faucet.

✔ We allow cooking in the interim. We work hard to keep the unit pest and odor-free. When you cook, please wash and clean the surfaces, dishes and oil splatter immediately to avoid attracting roaches, flies and ants. We also provide a wrap around foil to contain the oil splatter while cooking. Food delivery is also available via Grab or Foodpanda.

✔ Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, roll of toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. They are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping.

✔ We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our housekeeper travels from one location to the next. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time.

✔ Please do not use outside slippers and shoes inside the unit to maintain the floor and carpets clean and stain-free throughout your stay.

✔ We provide rubber house slippers. We clean and disinfect them between stays. They are part of the house. Please do not bring them home or use them outside. You may also bring your own house slippers.

✔ Sticking of any decorations on the walls and ceilings are strictly prohibited. The paint on the walls tend to come off when tapes are being removed, as well as glue residues are left.

✔ Garbage area is on the same hallway, just beside the fire exit. Avoid stocking your trash in the unit especially food waste. It will attract pests and flies.

✔ The swimming pool is open from 7am until 9pm, but limited to up to 50 people at once. Pool fee is currently set to 500 pesos per guest per day. Advance sign up is needed at the concierge at the main hall or clubhouse. Pool maintenance closure is on Mondays.

Other complex amenities include: Hair and nail salon, basketball court, yoga deck in the clubhouse, kid's playground.

➤ Check OUT Guidelines

— Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from the shower nor faucet.

— Report any item accidentally broken so we can charge accordingly. Any permanent stains/marks left on the linens, hand towels, bath towels, and similar items that render those said items unusable will be considered damage and shall be charged upon check out.

— Be responsible. Return complete and in order all board and card games. Please do not wait for us to find out before reporting. This applies to everything inside our home.

— Please inform your host when you check out. You may leave the key on the table and close the door, but not locked. We will send our on-call housekeeper to the unit upon getting notice of your check out. If you plan to check earlier than 12 noon, let us know in advance. Our housekeeper travels from a distant location. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time.
