Hotel accommodation and its staff was very professional. I reccommend a stay to any traveller either being domestic or international. Access to shopping is good and the hotel is located in a secure surrounding. Local people and hotel staff very friendly.

Had a bed a toilet a shower and sink oh had air conditioner. Hot and cold water was the same temp ( cool) had color tv that cable only work part time but that wasn't hotels fault all in all good deal for the money

Location is good and not too crowded or loud at all, so it is okey for older visitors also, i wanted to be close to nightlife and downtown, so this was just perfect. BUT you can get a much better hotel and room for the money, the pictures on hotels.com and what i got was not the same at all!!! TV is some kind of small box thingy, shower has almost no waterflow at all...and THAT is important to me!...also the AC works "okey".

I got a 2-bed room, room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price I paid it was good value. Also walking distance to a shopping center. Only downside, there was a loud music system we could hear fr outside at nights. Overall,a good place to stay for those who just want to have a comfortable place to sleepover.

预定的时候就在奇怪，已经提前2个多月的时间，为什么在宿雾可以预定的酒店这么少，后来才知原来碰到了宿雾的圣婴节。出租车上一路都可以看到游行或狂欢的人们，而酒店的下方大概是个集中点，出租车在离开几条马路就只能把我们放下，狂欢的人群将道路堵得几乎无法行走，我们一路拖着行李，艰难前行，还看到在路口戒备的警察，感谢他们热心的给我们指路。酒店的房间很小，窗式空调就在床头边，也不记得吵不吵了，因为当时楼下的放音乐的声音实在太大，大概太累，我们就在这有节奏声音中睡着了。酒店的早餐还不错。

I stayed for one night and don't have anything to complain. Location seems good behind mango square and it was easy to get taxi to airport and ayala mall. Breakfast included was ok, bread egg ham coffee/juice served to table.

Not so good. No internet, rooms were much smaller than expected. If you come to the wonderful town of Ormoc, stay elsewhere. There are wonderful hotels everywhere, this is not one of them.

Vi bodde här i två dagar och det var ett lagom ställe törn just det, sova. Rummet var ganska smutsigt och vi hade även myror inne hos oss och fläckar på lakanet. Som tur var hade vi med oss sovsäckar eftersom vi backapackade. Men det stället är just bra för en övernattning för ett billigt pris.

I am frequent guest in this hotel everytime im in cebu,but i was dissapointed with the room during my last stay. There was wAter seepage in the room due heavy rain i think, so the tiled floor was slippery. They did renovated the cr.but the room itself needs renovation also. Its location was lively before particularly at night but now, the place looks empty, with street people sleeping pn the sidewalk beside the hotel.

it wasnt good..room is fine bt too noisy bcz of renovation. wi fi nt free unlike other 2 hotels i stayed bfore breakfast says buffet but its not.... tv also is not good.....not flat screen...... jst disappointed of wht i am expected
