I like the entire management of this establishment. If theres anything that needs improvement its the location but i guess you cant move buildings only make annexes. It is withing city premises and we loved our overall experience!

our stay was good , hot water was just right as long as you get the right adjustment ,free bottle of water, coffee making was very convenient for me because my hubby drunk a lot of coffee, overall our stay was good

Your go to hotel when in Baguio. We booked a hotel room in October 2018 and surprisingly got upgraded to a bigger room. Staff are all friendly and breakfast is free and also really delicious! The room that was given to us was cozy with a spectacular view of the city living (I must say). Location-wise, if you do not have a car with you, the hotel is only walking distance to Burnham Park, the Night Market area and many more. It would probably take you a good 10-20 mins walk to go to the Park if you know the shortcuts. If there is one downside of our stay in this hotel, it would probably be the shower and heater temperature. Knowing the temperature in Baguio where it gets lower during the night and in the early mornings, heater temperature should really be efficient and stable. Overall, I would really recommend staying in this hotel. I would give it 5/5.

The hotel was easily accessible from main roads and not far from the downtown area. There is an in-house restaurant that serves breakfast (free) and other items on the menu until a certain time; however, the hotel is also surrounded by several restaurants and eateries which are easily accessible on foot. There is also an ample parking space on the property for guests who are bringing vehicles. Manhattan Suites is family-friendly; most important of all, the personnel are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the city and its environs.Overall, Mahnattan is a great value for your money.

The hotel offered us an upgraded room. Didn't expected that so it was really nice of them. The entire room given to us had a really comfy, relaxing and quiet ambiance. Although it was not that close to landmarks like Mines View park etc. Our total stay there was truly memorable. The room was well maintained and the food service was very efficient. I will definitely stay here again on my next baguio tour. Thank you!

The hotel is spotlessly clean but the staff and the owner make this place terrific. They accommodate your requests, are there to help, and simply want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is complimentary and is fresh. The view from each individual room which has a balcony is breath-taking. Internet is fast and reliable, and the room is meticulously cleaned once a day. The bathroom is of good size with hot water. The hotel is located in a cozy area just about 2 km from the bustling and noisy downtown. I also recommend the 8 hr van tour that are offered to see Baguio, completely worth the 3500 peso charge. Fernando the owner, and Jen who financially deals with your reservation are smart and make the whole stay memorable. From the waitresses, drivers, night staff, all were pleasant and went out of their way to help. Thank you all for accommodating us during our brief stay with our 15 year old disabled son. Staffs are very kind and accommodating. Foods are exemplary good with tons of choices, from American, to Continental, and Philippine Cuisines. Location is somewhat far from the city proper, but it can be an excuse for a 15-20 minute walk. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable, cleanliness is well observed. Overall, its a very recommended hotel.

Our stay at NYC Manhattan Hotel is a great experience. All staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower has very weak water pressure however that compensated with an awesome breakfast they served everyday. I will stay there again in the future and I will recommend this hotel.

Das NYC Manhattan Suites Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums von Baguio City in einem Wohngebiet.Unser Zimmer verfügte über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge.Das Zimmer war in einem sauberen Zustand und die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich sehr zuverlässig.Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker und konnte gegen einen geringen Aufpreis auch auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden.Der Transport in die Stadt und wieder zurück kann problemlos mit dem Taxi erledigt werden da dort viele vorbeifahren und auch die Fahrer kannten alle das Hotel.

Nice place. Stayed for 1 night with my family and it was worth it. You have to provide your own toiletries since they don't have enough. I think the place is old because you can see from their amenities. Food is not what I'm expecting but it is good. Overall, I recommend this place. They also offer a day tour around Baguio in a reasonable price.

The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Baguio City and the noise that you can hear are that of the roosters and dogs. The room was very spacious.. It has lots of storage area. I like that they provide bottled water and they also have a big water bottle in the eating area. The wifi has really good signal. There was an pool of water in the bathroom around the toilet. Not sure if it is a leak or improper drainage.
