Context: Traveling for film work (1 person) Pros: 1. Location: One Crescent Place is tucked in a quiet and scenic nook on Loop Rd on the island. 5-minute walk from the beach and even less to the main road for public transportation. 3. Service: Excellent and they help with your belongings. They have a connection for scooter rentals. 4. Hospitality: You are greeted when arriving and leaving the hotel. 5. Food: The free breakfast is filling and homey. The options are pretty good. Classic continental; pancakes and bacon. Cons: 1. Accessibility: Not suited for people with disabilities. No elevator. Kindly request the driver to pull in front of the hotel for easier loading/unloading.

I really liked this Hotel. Its back about 2 blocks from the main road so you have to walk a little ways off the street to get to it. Its mixed within a Filipino neighborhood so you get a kind of local experience. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue is there is no elevator, but the staff carried my bags up and down the stairs. Its located in Station 1 so it is much quieter than other parts.

We stayed here for 2 nights & we absolutely loved the place. The staff were courteous, clean & spacious room, a short walk to the beachfront & delicious food. Will definitely be back here again! Highly recommended place if you're in Boracay! 😀

처음에는 너무 구석에 위치하지 않았나 하는 걱정이 있엇는데 개인적으로 위치는 정말 좋은것 같습니다. 조용하고 직원분들도 친절하시네요 숙소내에 벌레가 나오지는 않았지만 복도에서 한번 바퀴벌레를 마주한것을 제외하면 그외에 시설이나 서비스 부분에서 만족합니다. 만약 해변만 즐기신다면 강력히 추천드립니다.

We enjoyed a two-night stay at One Crescent Place. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is delightful - you can choose your breakfast from a number of selections. Rooms are updated and bright - our suite had lots of light from large windows and sliding doors. Beds are comfortable. There isn't a view, but it's a short walk from the station 1 beach and quite quiet.

시끄럽고 복잡한 곳이 아니어서 좋았다는 다른 후기들의 의미를 직접 와 보고 알게 됨. 조용하면서도 보라카이 내에서 움직이고자 하는 곳으로의 접근성도 좋은 편이었음. 가족이나 일행이 있으면 늦은 시간귀가에도 나름 운치있는 호텔진입골목길도 정다웠음. 대단지 리조트보다 아늑하면서도 고급스러운 분위기의 호텔을 원했던 나에게 딱 맞았음. 조식을 먹을 수 있는 야외테이블은 내가 유럽의 조용한 호텔에 와 있는듯 한 느낌을 들게 함. 실제로 투숙객 중 유럽인들이 대다수였음. 조식메뉴도 정말 훌륭했고 특히 누들은 속이 다 풀리는 해장의 역할을 해 줌. 세 번의 조식중 한 번 에피타이저로 나온 수박이 맛이 상한 것 같아 최대한 정중히 말하며 되물렸는데 직원분이 너무 당황하는 표정이길래 내가 오히려 넘 미안했음. 비치타올도 가족 수대로 보증금 없이 대여가능한 것이 맘에 들었고 유료로 이용할 수 있는 세탁서비스도 있어서 좋았음. 새벽녘 닭소리, 새소리가 시끄럽다는 후기가 있었는데 창문을 닫고 자면 내 기준 거슬리는 정도는 아니었음. 객실이 크진 않지만 아침, 저녁에만 머무르는 우리에겐 상관없는 크기였음. 둘째 날 클린룸 서비스 때 직원분 실수인지 목욜 타월 네 개중 두 개만 갖다주고 쓰레기통 비우는 걸 잊은 듯 했는데 나는 배려차원에서 따로 컴플레인을 걸지 않았는데 체크아웃 시 타월 두 장에 대한 소재문제로 사소한 헤프닝이 있 었으니 그건 바로바로 호텔측에 얘기해줘야 한다는 교훈을 얻음. 내가 기분나쁠 수도 있었 지만 전체적으로 모든 게 만족스런 스테이여서 그냥 웃으면서 넘기기로 함. 아쉬웠던 단 하나! 뜨거운 온수가 아닌 미지근에서 따뜻의 중간쯤 위치하는 물온도가 샤워시 유일하게 아쉬웠음. 다음에도 보라카이 가게 된다면 당연히 다시 머무르고 싶은 곳!
