Overall, this place is amazing, with affordable rates and rooms despite the fact that there aren't the most complimentary amenities from hotels. I was able to order a family-sized suite with a bunk bed for under 15 us dollars. The property has trouble getting towels due to the covid-19 pandemic. During my first visit in august last year, there were absolutely no toiletries available, but on this recent visit in September, a complete set had been provided. This wasn't a huge deal to me because I usually carry my own hygiene kit. The surprisingly delicious food that they serve, which is pure homemade goodness, continues to keep me coming back for this property. Despite the drawbacks, this property far outperforms the drawbacks.

Overall, the advantage of this home far outperforms the drawbacks. Despite the fact that the most complimentary amenities are not available at hotels, the hotel provides excellent value and room. A family-sized suite with a double bed and a bunk bed was available for just about 15 us dollars. However, the hotel is having trouble providing toiletries due to the covid-19 pandemic. There were no toiletries available on my initial visit in August of last year, but a complete set was provided on my latest visit in September. Although this wasn't a big deal for me, as I generally carry my own hygiene kit. However, the surprisingly excellent cuisine they provide, which is pure home-cooked goodness, is what keeps me coming back for.

Our only experience here was staying one night in a 152 hotel. I really enjoy this hotel, we really like the hotel staff who were kind, they are very kind, the receptionist is so friendly and kind, he is very important to the hotel for its guests and will always stay here again.

Accessible to the exam location of my niece; clean room & nice staff. Expecting 2 queen beds based on what was seen on the reservation website but was provided 1 twin bed & a double deck. Good thing it was just an overnight stay. Overall rating ‘very satisfactory’.😊 Thank you!

We had a penthouse for 6 people which was on the 5th floor sadly there was no elevator so everytime we went out the hotel we had to take lots of flights of stairs. Taking our bags downstairs was also a test of our strenght. We had to ask for a soap in the toilet because there was none when we arrived but the staff were quick enough to provide. The bathroom door made a loud sound everytime someone opened it which means that we did not have a good sleep since we were 8 people (we had 2 family members joined us and we had to pay 500pesos each for them). We booked the room for 6 people in the beginning but we only had 2 glasses in the room. This hotel is not recommended for those who have defficulty in going up and down the many flight of stairs and those who have lots of travel baggages. Otherwise, make it sure that you will get a room in the firts floors.

I booked my stay a day before my check in date and requested to be on the ground floor or 2nd floor at least. When I checked in they gave me a room on the 4th floor room 402 which was very inconvenient for me knowing that the hotel has no elevator and I have 2 big baggage. I even ask assistance from the staff to help me carry my baggage going up to the room but he refused to help. They don't even have a wifi internet which was supposed to have as per stated in their amenities upon my reservation. I planned to extend my stay for 2 days but because of my horrible experience to this hotel, I decided to find another better hotel for my next stay.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! Do NOT stay here! Roaches everywhere and I was duped into paying double! We reserved and paid for a room on Hotels.com and the front desk said the reservation was cancelled and that we would have to pay out of pocket. I was given a supposed email from them saying as such. I later found it was NOT cancelled and Hotels.com would not refund me even with my email evidence. I have been using Hotels.com for over 15 years, but I will NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service and poor vendor administration and coordination.
