The location makes for a peaceful atmosphere. There are no noisy city sounds and no distractions. The employees are helpful and friendly. They also serve delicious and unique cuisine there.

We made a decision to partner with Palms del Mar because of its wonderful facilities and tropical ambiance. Since the beginning, retail assisted me, and they were very competent and accommodating in deciding on our theme, buffet selection, and offering us a range of costs. Everyone adored the meal, music, and decorations. When retail is not accessible, the marketing personnel is also always happy to assist, including Joyce, Stephanie, eme, eunice, Mara, and Julie. The greatest cleaning crew, Marlene, Fe, Eleanor, and Anneabel, maintains the rooms tidy and clean. Breakfast offers a set menu, and you must order it with Jackie and the rest of the servers, who are always cheerful and happy, despite the demands placed on them. Many thanks also go to Armando, the head manager, who was there the entire time we had our reunion and who is always on duty and reliable when needed. As a result of the bellman model and others, I apologize I forgot their names, who never hesitated to lend a hand with our luggage with a cheerful manner and a smile. Mark, the security guard, ensures our safety around the property. A drunk student one of our classmates fell on the pool, and the lifeguard came to his aid to save him. The palms del mar resort backlog was a place where my wife and I got married in the first half of 2020. They did a great job of organizing the wedding, such as the organisers, the blancaflor photographer Woody races jam, the palm employees, and management. We really like this place.

This location is ideal for gatherings, both for family recreation and for personal, group, or corporate recreation. They provide swimming pools to satisfy your swimming needs and meals to satisfy your hungry stomach. I participated in numerous events here, for which my team and I provide photo and video coverage. I love the location, especially the sunset in Palma del Mar. This was determined by Alex, the media guy.

The resort itself is picturesque but deep down it needs some renovations especially in the rooms . I got to stay in 4 different rooms over a 3 weeks there & all but the final room had issues of one kind or another. The staff are very friendly and that was the standcout of my visit there .

Seemed outdated but it depends on your definition. Room selection was difficult and unclear so be careful or call for exact description. Adequate for the area but plan on eating and staying put after arrival. Recommended max stay 2 nights. The biggest positive is there are no other options. We were staging for an outbound flight and so that’s the best use case. Eat, swim and relax before your travel.

We have stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill. The grounds were good but the room was less than expected based on the pictures. The staff were friendly but inefficient. Our room was never cleaned and we had to call and ask for tissue for the CR and for fresh towels. Beds were not made and garbage wasnt emptied. And the free breakfast was a joke - a hot dog or canned ham or some such with 1 egg and garlic rice. Expected a buffet or at least enough to eat.

They couldn’t find our booking, had to change the air conditioning as not working. Shower not working at all. All the bedding was clean but very musty. No free breakfast which was included in the price. Their kitchen was closed. Very disappointed in our room. Apart from that the place was lovely and clean great location. 3 swimming pools each with a lifeguard and the staff very friendly. Just need to do maintenance on their rooms and cleaning. No offer of discount either. We over paid as the costs were a lot cheaper at site.
