Park Inn was a great place for us to stay during our family visit and vacation in Bacolod. Very comfortable, great pool, tasty breakfast, nice location directly connected to SM Mall, highly recommended.

The room was spotless and neat! Everything in its place. Staff were very helpful and always carried a pleasant smile! Lots of shopping and restaurants close within walking distance! Special mention to Miss Madonna, the Chamber Maid. Very cheerful and always ready to accommodate! Always had a positive attitude! I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod!

This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. Also, the bar/ cafe known as dash is open 24/7. The room is spacious, clean with a mini fridge. The bathroom is very modern and up to date with clean towels daily. Love the pool too!

We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at the Park Inn. The room was impressively clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable home base. One of the best features was the view overlooking the bay—watching the sunset from the room was absolutely beautiful and a highlight of our stay. The location is unbeatable. Being directly connected to SM City Bacolod made it incredibly convenient to head out for shopping or choose from a huge variety of dining options without any hassle. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it’s a good size with a great mix of local Filipino favorites and Western options. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the City of Smiles!

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is connected to SM City Bacolod North Wing. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft, lacked support, and caused neck pain. I personally would prefer a firmer pillow.
