📌 Should you wish to check in early or check out late, please contact us immediately so we could see if the time of extension is possible, as this is subject to availability; however, Php 250/hr charge will apply

📌 Guests are advised to bring their own towels and toiletries for hygiene purposes and personal preference. Bath towels are in limited quantity, so bringing an extra towel is highly recommended for added convenience, especially for beach and pool use, but fresh linens and bedding are provided for your stay.

📌 Parking spaces are FREE in the condominium building, country club and beach (number of vehicles is not a problem)

📌 Only 1 dog/pet per unit is allowed and is limited to stay only within the unit or lagoon area (not on the beach and country club)

📌 Guests are welcome to bring their own food and cook in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware and dining ware for your convenience. Please note that cooking ingredients and condiments are not provided. We recommend purchasing groceries outside the property prior to arrival, as options inside the resort are limited. There are restaurants available within Pico de Loro should you prefer to dine in.

In addition to the condo unit rental fee, there is an additional charge that must be paid before arrival, which is the “guest fee,” also called the “entrance fee.” This fee entitles you to receive a wristband that will indicate that you can have access to Pico beach, pools, lockers, shuttle service, and other amenities/facilities/activities of Pico de Loro. This is good for 7 days and can be renewed after.

The “guest fees” price range is as follows:
✨ Adult (13-above y/o) = Php 1K-1.9K/head
✨ Child (4-12 y/o) = Php 500-1.2K/head
✨ Infant (0-3 y/o) = FREE

📌 Take note that our “guest fee” includes the “endorsement fee” but excludes the "ecological fee."

📌 Please note that Pico de Loro operates on a cashless system. Most transactions within the resort are non-cash payments. Guests are advised to bring a debit/credit card or have access to an e-wallet or online banking for any additional purchases such as activities and other services inside the property.
