CLEAN AS YOU GO. PLEASE LEAVE THE TRASH OUTSIDE THE DOOR SO THAT THE UTILITY PERSONNEL CAN PICK IT UP FROM THERE

PLEASE DONT LEAVE UR THINGS UNATTENDED. LOCK ALL THE DOORS AT ALL TIMES

We always take an inventory of the whole unit before tenant occupies it. If any of the properties/things get lost/ damage as host we have the right to report the tenant and request security deposit

PLEASE TURN OFF ALL THE APPLIANCES , UNPLUG FROM THE OUTLETS and LOCK THE DOORS/WINDOWS WHEN LEAVING THE UNIT.

DAMAGE: We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that PLEASE LET US KNOW when they do.

CLEANLINESS: We do a thorough clean Between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving you can clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. kindly put any dirty/used towels in the balcony. it helps us get through our cleaning quicker.

WASHING DISHES: All residues foods/Smal particles kindly put it in plastic bag and throw it into the trash NOT IN THE SINK TO AVOID CLOGGING.

KITCHEN: When you stat cooking please roll up the blinds and open the window at the kitchen area also please turn on the range hood so that the smell of the foods u are cooking will not stay inside the unit. ALWAYS CLOSE THE 2 BEDROOMS DOOR while cooking.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT, There is a balcony where U can smoke but be sure 2 close the sliding door & window, so that the smoke will not come inside & absorb the curtains and air conditioned.
